It is the first time I have watched you (Eli) do a whole episode on your own, and I really enjoyed watching this. It was extremely well put together which gave it a nice vibe, it was also eloquently delivered and kept my attention fixed on the screen right up to the end. Awesome work, Eli. 👍👍
I have watched the entire program. My brothers and I encountered a family group in the 70's in the Pacific NW/up on MT. HOOD in the Mt. Hood National Forest area. So I believe the guys story who is out in an area where there is a family group living. This sounds like a group or family group. They seem curious about humans. In our encounter, we were not hurt by them. Though we made physical contact. I have identical twin brothers--one of them actually was running down a path, tripped and fell, doing a face plant right into the chest of a female Bigfoot. She was squatting, using the bathroom. Meanwhile, his twin brother had also been running, and stopped to take a break at a tree, and heard what he thought was heavy water pouring, he looked around the tree to see what he thought was a "very hairy man" about 5-6 feet tall, peeing on a tree. What caught his attention at first was how large his privates were--it shocked him. He was angry that a naked man was wondering around too. Until he looked up at it's face, realizing it was not really HUMAN. Then he shouted for his brother. Meanwhile, his brother, who did the face plant--was shocked too--yet the female, he says, kind of smiled at him--or grinned--she gently set him back to his feet. Realize now by brothers were about 7 or 8 years old--I was about 12 or 13 at the time. While this went on, I was just feet from a newly discovered lake, now called "Lost Lake"--being developed into a camping, day use area at the time. NOW it is a fully developed camping, fishing, and day use area. Fully modernized with parking lots, modern bathrooms, and I do not recognize the area now, except for the lake. Back at the time of the encounter it was all wild, with lots of trees and brush, and the lake had huge fish in it. IT was such a pristine lake, one could see the fish easily. IT had never been fished before. Just across the end of this lake, was a huge, tall brownish colored creature, standing on two legs, with two arms, which had two hands with five fingers on each hand! He was not human either. NOT a bear. Leaning up against a tree, just watching me. He had one arm up against the tree, with it's head placed on it, as if resting. ONE arm dangling at it's side. I have always come to believe that because of the size of him,--per my child's perception (my Dad being six feet tall for comparison--this thing was taller than my dad!) that it was a good 8 to 10 feet tall. He was very broad shouldered. I kept watching him as he watched me. I only stopped watching, when my brothers came running up the path, and said: "we have to leave this place, we should not be here." AS they ran past me, only then did I panic and run after them. There was a white tailed deer following after us too. Running as if for it's life. Otherwise, there were no other sounds. My mother later on in life, said the only reason SHE wanted to immediately leave the area is because all of the normal nature sounds: buzzing insects, singing birds, and such had suddenly come to a stop, and it was dead silence. She felt the hair raise up on the back of her neck. She saw three of us come tearing out of the bushes and small forested area as if our tails were on fire, brothers hollering "we got to get out of here fast." Which scared my baby sister who was about 3-4 years old. She started screaming. My Dad could not handle four panicked kids and a wife who was losing it. So our "tailgate picnic" was quickly scooped up, put away, without eating, and we hightailed it out of there on the dirt-gravel road we came on. Realizing we were above 7,000 feet up the mountain in an area not improved, all alone on a Saturday. NO other people, no developments. I noticed this about this guy out there on his property--no other people, developments. He is pretty much out in the wilderness it seems. He has guts to stay out there. If it would be me, I would not stay there with or without friends. NOT with them coming up to him while he is supposed to be asleep and standing over him. NO thanks. I think I would leave that area to them! Thanks for a great program! Incidentally--it was three days after our encounter that others actually saw bigfoot prints and other evidence of Bigfoot in the area! It made the newspapers and television news. However the three of us never talked about it for more than 35 years as our parents really did not believe us. ONLY now does my DAD finally believe us that we had a real encounter. And only in these formats am I really talking about our experiences, among those who would believe us. AS I cannot handle it when people think we are nuts and ridicule us. Thanks for allowing me to share.

The talk about the white Bigfoot statue in Ranchita Ca @49:33 triggered a memory for me. Does anyone living in or around the area of Soboba Casino out in San Jacinto and Mt San Jacinto College remember back in the early 2000's there being 3 large upright flat boarded Sasquatch on the side of the road? This was back when the Soboba Casino was still a big white canvas tent, before it was built into what it is today..... My Mom and I used to love getting away from home enjoying exploring scenic areas. We were heading west on West Ramona Pkwy, now hwy 79. It was becoming dusk. As we're driving I start seeing some silhouettes in the near distance. I start getting some anxiety because I see how large they are becoming as we're approaching. I even let up on the accelerator. My curiosity got the best of me. Turned out to be the 3 large Sasquatch boards 😂... if I remember right, they were 3 different heights. I didn't have a camera on me,,, no cellphone at that time. Does anyone remember them ???? Also I'm amazed about Eli mentioning going up to Burnt Rancheria Campground. I have camped there 🤔
I live along the border but in Texas! The Rio Grande River divides both countries and is heavily wooded! I live in the south most area of the border which includes Cameron County and Hidalgo County! I've only heard 2 stories of Bigfoot sightings both from the early 70s! One was from a man who was camping along the river and he saw the Bigfoot leaning on a tree about 100 feet from his campfire! The Bigfoot was staring at him intently! Another was footprints in rural La Joya Texas! My cousin's wife told me a story about finding 15 inch footprints with only 3 toes running along the embankment of the Rio Grande River! I love the respect you show to your witnesses, the land, and all of the creatures (known and unknown!) who inhabit the space. How long does it take you to put an episode together? As a mental health practitioner, I’m really interested in providing eyewitnesses with a safe, judgment free space to explore what happened and what meaning they take away from it. This episode affirms this is needed!
Each episode varies- some take shape over many months, some come together relatively quickly depending on the research involved and location of witnesses/experts.
I appreciate this comment! My professional background is in psychology. I don’t want to pry, but would you be interested in finding out more about potential resources for mental health practitioners who wish to better support those who may have encounters with entities such as these? If you are and would be comfortable with either me emailing you or you emailing me, I’d be interested in sharing some more information with you. Cheers
@@dsbmitchell…oh yea! I’m with you, I think there’s a real need for someone in your position. These people need to get this stuff out, many struggle with ptsd, nightmares, night terrors, knowing that there’s no one they can turn too without being ridiculed. I had a sighting in my front yard gosh back in the early 70’s at the time I had no dea what it was but I must have filed it back in my memory for many years then I got internet and by accident ran into a Bigfoot channel and the lightbulb went on, that’s exactly what I saw. At the time I didn’t tell anyone what I had seen mainly because I didn’t know what to tell them I saw but it didn’t give me any trauma or anything like that. But there are some who feel that there’s no one they can tell without being laughed at and it’s sad😂…kudos to you for being willing to help those who have no one
Regarding the last case, did anyone try to contact the daughter of the doctor or maybe a grandchild. Maybe all the info may have been talked about privately among the family and passed down to the kids... great documentary by the way....
Many say about eyes turning red. If you observe animals eyes, like humans, the pupils are small while concentrating, but if startled the pupils open up. This would show the reflective layer at the back of the eye, just like your dog or cat does. Different animals also reflect different colours. 😊
I grew up in South San Diego/Chula Vista in the 50's/60's and there were always stories about the Otay Lake monster and the Proctor Valley monster. From what I remember, the Proctor Valley Monster was described as a big hairy man and the Otay Lake monster was responsible for some people disappearing. Now there's housing all over the place, but back then the road to Otay was 2 lane 1/2 dirt - 1/2 asphalt. The closest freeway was I-5. It was spooky out there day or night. Probably 99% urban legend, but it's that 1% that makes you realize just how much don't know.
That area (San Diego) El Centro , Yuma I'm so familiar with...I'm Mohave/Choctaw. I grew up in parts of so. Cal. and mostly AZ on the reservation.I've heard of those legends but my memory is not good bc it's been awhile... Sometimes I miss home..even northern Cal, Hoopa CA.. I'm in TN currently,...
@@Melanie.615A long ways from home but Tennessee has plenty of Bigfoot along with another nasty cryptid (dogman) but dogmen attacks are being blamed purposefully on domesticated dogs and that just ain’t right so all of these tail wagging dogs are being put down because the authorities have to have something else to blame for the grotesque mutilations of these unsuspecting people. I can tell you the dogs being falsely accused of these killings is more then sad. Lots of times they don’t do any dna testing to see if they’ve got a match and the funny thing is, is that they never seem to close these cases and this is done so they don’t have to answer any questions cuz they say the case is still open as long as it is they’ll kept covering up the truth…disgusting! Pure and simple
There are some great water sources here in San Diego County that I am sure they utilize-along with every other local animal-Lake Cuyamaca. Sweetwater River. Big Laguna Lake. Witch Creek. Boulder Creek. Lake Henshaw. Lake Hodges. Mount Laguna. Palomar spring. Even the San Diego River, small as it is, could provide for them in the regions where it flows prior to reaching the San Diego metro area, so basically anywhere east of the 15. But ya never know! Anza-Borrego park also has that oasis that everyone goes to and takes pics of, surrounded with palm trees. But it’s not like people are constantly there…And I know there are at least two other springs or oases out there. Plus the desert bighorn sheep are a viable food source for them.
I'm totally in love with the channel ,and content! So eager to see what awaits us on this episode. Oh my ! The preview says the sasquach speaks and says " here chicky, chicky! 😮
Great video! Never knew that So-Cal was such a squatchy place. Can't help mentioning that "Zubees" is the slang term that the teenage gangsters in Clockwork Orange use for "teeth". Zub is the Russian word for tooth... Maybe the sasquatches there had particularly fearsome looking dentition? No, you're probably right... zubee is likely just a mistake. Still, it's a great name! I like the name ZUBEE better than Bigfoot, any day.

There are tracks exactly like that near Tuba City, AZ. It's on the Navajo reservation. They're embedded in rocks. I don't know the measurements, but they are quite LARGE. Three toed creature.
It does not help with support, credibility or bringing skeptics over to believers when there are pictures and video footage or clips of people in gorilla suits in these presentations, unless, of course, it is directly related to a point being made in the dialogue of the video. Otherwise, it takes away from taking the topic serious.
Gotta luv how Canada continues to be ignored on this subject many I speak too are under the Asumption that Sasquatch is solely within the confines of the USA.
Humans lived in all of these same deserts and they did it successfully for thousands of years + and I will absolutely guarantee without a doubt that if humans were able to thrive in the deserts than bigfoot could accomplish the same with far less effort just based off of their physical abilities that are easily dozens of times than that of even the top 1% of the most rare and mind blowingly gifted elite humans that have ever existed.
You guys are awesome. Along with Dave Paulides, Scott Carpenter (God rest his soul), Steve Isdahl, Thinker Thunker, mountain Beast mysteries, MK Davies. Great episode. Interesting stories and very good to look into regions that are not commonly connected with Sasquatch. Btw if you go further south into Mexico, and then into the Yucatan Peninsula, there you will find old Mayan stories about similar creatures called Che Uinic.
Right on. I’m looking forward to Eli/STM delving more into Indigenous narratives and mythology around these beings. My sense is that STM tends to be respectful of history local lore, so I would appreciate them doing more work in this area of study.
Fascinating.! As for the statue, albinism occurs naturally across a broad spectrum - including reptiles, birds, and mammals. Sasquatch would be no exception.
And leucism (another condition that causes animals to be white, but without the pink eyes often but not always associated with albinos) is even more common than albinism 🙂. Plus they get old like we do, so I wonder if accounts of Sasquatch with grey, silver or white hair are elders?
The things that bother me after watching what I would assume be hundreds of hours of Bigfoot shows on youtube and tubi, are as follows: The hosts poor choice in hats ( like seriously all of them) and also the how loosely everyone uses the term "research", investigation is the most aggressive we should use in this context. What they define as "research" is a bunch of guys making too much noise and light in the woods and being surprised they don't see anything. In a more positive note I really enjoyed this video, it very well produced. Thank you for sharing.
This was a great episode Eli! My only "gripe" is about Brian. I think his spot was, about a half hour in, who kept mentioning videos and pictures they took on their phones. If he was willing to take you to his camp, and allow you to camp there in the future, why did he not allow you to see, let alone air, their video and pictures? That sounds a bit fishy to me. Great episode. Thanks, Eli!
Eli you always bring us such thorough investigative work. Great job my friend keep up the research. It's certainly paying off. Look forward to the next installment.
Another great video. Regarding the barefoot hikers that saw the fury foot print at the water. Drugrunners are known to wear what they call carpet shoes to help hide their tracks. Coulda possibly been that but maybe their pair was wore out or sumthn. Idk, just a possibility
So Cal Sasquatch is a interesting topic. What I trip out on the most is how in the hell did they get so far down south?! Lots of desert crossings without being seen!! Crazy
Checking google earth they can actually move from the south sierras into the San Gabriels while not having to cross much open land. Of course it’s a tough journey I’m sure and extremely risky so, it’s unlikely they’re down here. The nearest populations would be the Central Coast and Sierra nevadas, maybe south into Mexico
I'm 6 months late, but I know a thing or two about these dudes along the border (being that I'm Navajo and have been obsessed with gathering the local lore of Them for over a decade). Sabe have Their own codes of conduct, and the ultimate punishment for Them isn't death, it's banishment. Once banished, They are forced to roam the lowlands and inhospitable stretches that no other Sabe family inhabits. These are the "death row inmates" of Their respective areas. Supposedly, Their physically-handicapped are banished as well, a possible candidate for the "Little Foot" of Camp Pendleton. In either case, They'll exhibit abnormal behavior (well, abnormal for Them) and will very rarely be detected communicating with another in Their language or responding in defense of the others, because there are no others with Them. When encountered, it'll be nothing like your classic Sabe story. It'll be strange, sad, or down right evil. We advise you leave Them be. Stick to studying the good ol' healthy forest dwellers. They hold Knowledge for the betterment of this world. Carry on Brothers and Sisters. 👊🏽🤎
The place you call the Alpine Zone.... that's how Flagstaff, AZ looks. The Mogollon Rim in AZ looks just like that too, maybe a bit thicker. AZ is NOT all desert. It's a very Beautiful place....like there.
Great reporting. Thank you @smalltownmonsters for keeping it real and not over sensationalizing it. I am truly interested in cryptozoology. Great documentary Eli and team.
EXCELLENT! Job well done in weaving all of this together. Very compelling the climate, geology, landscapes, historical changes highlighted throughout. I found myself stopping and mapping as you spoke of more south western California stories. Very exciting to hear more in depth about potential habitats and adaptions to landscapes of the Southern California. The indigenous voice in your video was impactful and hopefully can grow with more historical accounts. Loved !!!
@minus-52:26 as buddy is describing the tree branch twist , a faint whistle is heard. Now it's between him saying where the sasquatch goes towards his area. Please tell me someone else heard that?
Using footage of dudes in bigfoot suits at the start of the videos really won't people take you seriously if that's what they see within the first few seconds 🤦🏻♂️
Thank you for this very interesting and well done documentary on San Diego and surrounding areas. I'm a native Southern Californian resident. I've been in and around Temecula, San Diego and Mojave areas. I've never have heard of any sightings of Big Foot in those areas.Really enjoyed this. Wishing you much success and looking forward to more of these awesome documentaries on topic. 🐾🌟❤️🙏
Up until two hundred, maybe a little more, years ago California grizzlies roamed all the land I see in the first 5 minutes of the documentary, if that hyper omnivore can survive there, and keep in mind it's a lot warmer during the winter months so maybe only pregnant sow grizz would need to den and or hibernate, big males could have been active year round. If a bear can make a living there so can a Sasquatch. Maybe even the lack of grizzlies in the last two or more centuries may have allowed them to extend themselves that far south.

I am was born in so california I. Have two times I encountered I can’t explain . Mountains and high desert . I also worked on base Camp Pendleton .I feel bad when some people don’t believe me .
LMFAO @ minute 27:41, "CRAP-SQUATCH". Eli Watson you're a comedian, bruh...
I really enjoyed this video. Never thought about sasquatch near the border because of the desert.
Definitely camp at that spot the guy offered you to stay, a few nights would be awesome to see after seeing that tree branch twisted
Cheers
@@dsbmitchell That would be very interesting.
Ah, Eli...Always a pleasure to see/hear your voice and research again.
I'm in TN currently,...
i grew up in chula vista and bonita( backed up to proctor valley road).
never saw anything, but i remember the stories.
Wow, that was awesome…. The history and the landscape was just outstanding.
🙌🙌🙌🙌
Eli, this was a great episode. Thanks for all your work.
Thank you for watching, Sam!
Very enjoyable, Eli. That poor guy the blue shirt was getting eaten alive by bugs LMAO
That guy with the long hair, who plays the part of the dr., give that guy an oscar! Lol Great episode!
I'm totally in love with the channel ,and content! So eager to see what awaits us on this episode. Oh my ! The preview says the sasquach speaks and says " here chicky, chicky! 😮
Thanks Eli well done as always.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Record snows in the mountains this year…plenty of water in the mountains….
I've read the many Positive Comments here and all I can say is I AGREE , You all do IN-DEPTH, PROFESSIONAL & EXCITING Work producing these Videos!! The Dedication and huge amount of RESEARCH & WORK that's put into these Videos is FIRST CLASS!! Thank You All for what You're doing!!😊👍🏻💕🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for watching!
Outstanding upload! This is excellent food for thought while I’m out motocamping in these exact locations!
Cheers! 🍻
🙌🙌🙌🙌
So happy to see your dreams come true with your channel and good reporting.
Thanks for watching!
I can't wait for your next episode Eli. It is very clear that you put a lot of work in to these.
There are tracks exactly like that near Tuba City, AZ. It's on the Navajo reservation. They're embedded in rocks. I don't know the measurements, but they are quite LARGE. Three toed creature.
That’s my next trip! So excited to see
My god your channel makes a great video, just fantastic, loved it. Big fan, - Biker
Thank you! 🙌
It does not help with support, credibility or bringing skeptics over to believers when there are pictures and video footage or clips of people in gorilla suits in these presentations, unless, of course, it is directly related to a point being made in the dialogue of the video. Otherwise, it takes away from taking the topic serious.
Good point.
Another information packed episode. Great work as always.
Gotta luv how Canada continues to be ignored on this subject many I speak too are under the Asumption that Sasquatch is solely within the confines of the USA.
Not really. There are plenty of videos of Sasquatch in Canada. I have watched many.
We truly truly need several shows on Sasquatch of Canada research. I would love to see that on discovery too!!
Great episode guys. Well done!
🙌🙌🙌🙌
I can't wait to see the video of a drone chasing Bigfoot through the woods
That would be sick!
Hello! Exactly this primate has definitely lived much longer then Homo sapiens . More time for adaption
Excellent again Eli.. 👏 👍
🙌🙌🙌🙌
Excellent job guys! Very interesting & detailed!
You guys are awesome. Along with Dave Paulides, Scott Carpenter (God rest his soul), Steve Isdahl, Thinker Thunker, mountain Beast mysteries, MK Davies. Unfortunately there are alot of others who are not who they seem to be. It's like a dysfunctional family. Keep digging...and remember...these things ain't an oversize unknown primate!
Excellent episode !!!! Absolutely love this series very very much Eli. You are doing an amazing job with each and every story/report you cover and your hard work certainly shows in every episode. Wishing you nothing but success moving forward Eli!!!!
Thank you for watching, Andrew!
I’m Potawatomi Native American. I hunt on our native land every year. Last year I heard a loud knock on a tree and echoed through the woods. I’ve been hunting for 40 years and never heard that sound never!I believe there’s something going on so watch your 6 always…
Great episode. Interesting stories and very good to look into regions that are not commonly connected with Sasquatch. Btw if you go further south into Mexico, and then into the Yucatan Peninsula, there you will find old Mayan stories about similar creatures called Che Uinic.
Thanks for mentioning the Che Uinic and Maya folklore. Learned something new today!
Right on. I’m looking forward to Eli/STM delving more into Indigenous narratives and mythology around these beings. My sense is that STM tends to be respectful of history local lore, so I would appreciate them doing more work in this area of study.
Anyone else experience birds going crazy instead of silence? My 1st encounter involved 100s of birds squawking while the wind picked up out of nowhere
Love all the guys but I too find myself saying shh get off your walkie talkie and chill out. Sit down and wait, LOL
I saw the photos and videos! I just didn’t get permission to use them for this episode! But when I go back I’ll be sure to get that permission!
Wow! Brian was really compelling and interesting 😮
Right before Eli says, :"is that poison oak there?" A whistle is heard very faintly @minus-52:20 ish
Eli you always bring us such thorough investigative work. Great job my friend keep up the research. It's certainly paying off. Look forward to the next installment.
Thank you for watching!
Truly captivating stories . Loved to Zoobees ! I can imagine hearing the zookeeper saying " here chicky ,chicky. 😮😮
Another great video. Regarding the barefoot hikers that saw the fury foot print at the water. Drugrunners are known to wear what they call carpet shoes to help hide their tracks. Coulda possibly been that but maybe their pair was wore out or sumthn. Idk, just a possibility
You guys are the best best BigFooter hunters I love your Chanel from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Thanks for watching!
The local Border Patrol has some neat BF stories from that area. They also call them Zoobies.
Not only your production is top quality, the documentary content is also top notch.
Great Episode Eli Thanks For Sharing.
your parents made a cute couple
really enjoy watching your channel 💗
So Cal Sasquatch is a interesting topic. What I trip out on the most is how in the hell did they get so far down south?! Lots of desert crossings without being seen!! Crazy
Checking google earth they can actually move from the south sierras into the San Gabriels while not having to cross much open land. Of course it’s a tough journey I’m sure and extremely risky so, it’s unlikely they’re down here. The nearest populations would be the Central Coast and Sierra nevadas, maybe south into Mexico
mom dad and i watch STM at least twice a week, your awesome bro
So cool to hear- thanks for watching! 🙌
Rocky Elmore was interviewed by Wes on Sasquatch Chronicles. Super duper interesting. One of my favorite episodes!!
And Rocky's book is awesome.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you!!!
I got a feeling.this one is going to be cool to watch. 🐵 🌳 🌳 😊
well brother this was brilliant great job I was hooked from the start
👊🏽🤎
is there a whistle at 36:01 and 36:04?
Sounds like it. I heard it, too, and again at 36:15.
yes one or two times more, i heard it after i posted!@@marthaj67
outstanding content as always, thank you for all the research and work you put into these videos.
Thank you for watching!
Was walking to work. Stopped in central park to sit and watch. Wearing my Bigfoot patrol shirt.
I ran into someone on my walk that had a bigfoot license plate. Stopped and had a brief conversation showed him this video. What a coincidence.
So cool! Thank you for watching!
The place you call the Alpine Zone.... that's how Flagstaff, AZ looks. The Mogollon Rim in AZ looks just like that too, maybe a bit thicker. AZ is NOT all desert. It's a very Beautiful place....like there.
Even the desert in Arizona is beautiful
Well done, great episode!
Thank you!
Great reporting. Thank you @smalltownmonsters for keeping it real and not over sensationalizing it. I am truly interested in cryptozoology. Great documentary Eli and team.
27:20
I guess we scare the crap out of them too
41:46
His face says it all... He wishes they weren't always "here", because they are real and scary AF
Thanks that was very good!
Thanks for watching!
Zoobies could he have actually said "Zoo Beings", we will never know.
Loved !!!
Can not freaking wait till the next episode!!!!
I want to say Ive heard Rocky's interview regarding the sasquatch encounter on Sasquatch Chronicles - great story!
Can you guys have the cow sound checked out to see what it was
@minus-52:26 as buddy is describing the tree branch twist , a faint whistle is heard. Now it's between him saying where the sasquatch goes towards his area. Please tell me someone else heard that?
@teekandy yeah right after he banged those sticks together.. very interesting 👌
Eli, Camp Lejeune Marines, have reported seeing sasquatch on their base as well. And the woods around the base is really spooky.
This is a very interesting topic. I don't want to stop listening. I've heard a lot of dogman activity at the border too. Yikes!
🙌🙌🙌🙌
Great video. However, Alpine County not Imperial County is the least populated county in California
If they are nomadic, then they just pass through that area...
🐾🌟❤️🙏
Man you guys need to do a full on night time investigation at this area!
God bless you . Best wishes for everyone stm .from Norway thanks 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴
This is the kind if stuff Ive been searching for quite some time
Very well done and presented!
Eli, you cooked bro. Keep up the great work!
🙌🙌🙌🙌
