Easy to change a Nova into a GTO , it may not have the badges but you can give it the same power . Nova wasn't a bad looking car back in 1974 ( coupes only ! )
@@popeyesworld4930 I remember when the oldsmobile omega was still seen sometimes. There were a couple of times where someone took the omega name off or they put a nova in the place of it. why they would do that, I don't know. I guess the omega wasn't cool at that time. however now you are suggesting they change the nova to a pontiac. this is again strange for me to hear, because as I said, they would hide or change the name of the car to nova. the johnny ligtning company is selling a 1974 pontiac gto. those miniature car toys with that body style just came out recently, in a very limited number special edition red color. I can't put the site on here, but it is easy to search for and purchase. they are selling for around fourteen dollars if you're interested.
These cars actually have a genuine performance engine ,the 350 pontiac in this has 2.12 intake &1.66 exhaust 400 heads ,pontiac 350 has a longer 3.75 stroke they have better low end torque than a chevy 350.it comes on at 600 -1000 rpm lower .They also have nice suspenion rear sway bar .one of the better cars in 1974.
Very nice GTO. Love it ❤ Let the haters hate. I'd choose it over a 74 Nova.

Same car as the 74 Nova difference in front and back decals

Would have been nice if they made them with the 455 from the 74 trans-am..
I would put a larger engine in it if it didn't matter if it affected the value?
My mom had the Buick Apollo 350 variant of this, but the Ventura and Omega had a better grille and taillights.

Not a muscle car but who would care. Nice care to have. I'd rather have this then what is put out today. Something you could actually work on.
How much
