If you guys are ever traveling through South dakota for some ungodly reason lol, you should stop into the black hills area. We've got alot of little skate spots throughout the hills. Especially out towards spearfish. We've even got a small decent skate park in rapid city
Could you guys do a drop test for different durometer wheels on a board? I normally ride a soft wheel (80A 59mm mini logo) but have been told a harder wheel is better for jumps, gaps, off roofs etc. Why are harder wheels better than softer wheels for this application, could you demonstrate this off a high ledge or something of the sort to educate myself and others on this topic so we can make informed decisions? Thanks so much and keep up the great content and skating 🤙💚💛❤
I think the harder wheels have a better ability to maintain speed before and after doing a trick off a gap. Also think that the softer wheel may grip the ground surface too much upon landing the trick, which may reduce your ability to hang onto the board and effectively ride away.
You should have seen the smoke from the fires in Colorado. It got so bad it was like a fog. We had worse air quality than Beijing, China for a few weeks. The sun was red and the temperature dropped significantly because of it. Forest fires are no joke for sure.
We had a giant fire here in Namibia literally a couple of 100 metres away from my house and thank goodness after like a whole day it moved away still see it though
