i met this man at 10 year old...at a KEVIN KEEGAN soccerday, at newcastles training ground in the 80s....Terry Mac was dressed as a lion...and keegan was donald duck....if you were ther...you know ;)
I had the privilege of listening to Kevin at the Edgbadton cricket ground around 2002?. Ask him to tell you the joke about the Scunthorpe cap. Hilarious. I am a Newcastle fan and the Newcastle teams of the mid nineties were amazing. Kevin is a legend up there and we absolutely adore this guy. A real gent with brilliant speaker skills as well. I would luv it if I could hear him speak again in the brum area !
My ex wife , is a relative of Kevin . And her father used to baby sit him when he was young in Doncaster. Really nice family . Kevin got me a signed Man City shirt when he was the manager there , for a charity auction for cancer . Lovely man .
Happy 70th Birthday to the best footballer in Europe of the 70s. Kevin Keegan will remain the greatest Liverpool Legend of all time for many more generations. Sad that Dalglish replaced him after 1977 and he had to go to Hamburg. 🎂🎁💕⚽⚽
@@tsmay4598 Hello TS May, Dalglish was Streets ahead of Kevin ' I say that because Kevin ust to tap the ball in net but credit due he was a very acumlished footballer and a goal is a goal. As a manager he ust to dwell on decisions that had gone agansit Newcastle which for me Unsettled the team ' Brian Clough ust to say we don't sulk about the refs decisions that go agansit us We just get a goal instantly to show our confidence. A one off Manager. May I say Roger Hunt and Ian St John Best ever Liverpool players and played proper carpet football and never complained of tiredness or the state of the pitch unlike today's Mamby Pamby and prima donnas. Kind regards Glynn n greetings from Stourbridge West Midlands UK and Aston Villa fan since 1968.👍
I met Kevin with Mike Shannon at a Bar, Shannon pushed his way in front, I confronted him Shannon, and Kevin in all fairness said Mike he was here first waiting, he eased the tension, and asked what I and my Wife would like to drink, saying so sorry it was rather rude. I from that day respected Kevin I declined his offer but gained a friend that day. a LOVELY GUY
HI KEVIN KEEGAN HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021 FROM PETER SAM MAAMARI LIVING IN WORCESTER PARK SURREY SINCE MAY 1976 ARRIVED 10 APRIL 1976 TO ENGLAND FROM CIVIL WAR LEBANON ALL THE BEST STAY COOL
Such a shame that when he managed newcastle that he did not buy gazza back from lazio, and built the team round gaza Would of loved to see what gaza could of done under keegan in newcastle, keegans biggest mistake was not buying him, and building his team around gaza The football keegan got newcastle to play, and with gaza who knows Even though i do not care about newcastle, i hate to see football talent wasted, and gaza was a totally wasted player, who came and went. I do not like english players but just to see what gaza would of done under keegan, just too see what he could of done would of been good to watch. The newcastle fans would of loved to have gaza as there main player, and the team built around him Keegans biggest mistake.
Kevin Keegan meilleur joueur européen de tout Les temps ❤
My hero, i met this man in 2009, such a nice man and a legend

I agree. Dalglish did a good job to replace him, but wasn't quite the same level.
