Whatever this guy says is absolutely correct! Prices are hyped like anything in Hyderabad. Earlier many people used to invest because IT sector is used to give lot of salaries and many jobs created. Now situation is completely different. Recision effects is still on the IT, no salary hikes, job cuts. No IT job holder will to invest 2cr or 3cr in an apartment given the uncertainty in the IT Jobs. Not only IT, typical Chartered Accountant earning very low even after with 5years experience. Every field is struggling a lot but home affordability increased like anything. Current Hyderabad real estate situation is like either prices are stabilize or it will damal like real estate situation in China. That’s the reason no one is investing now. As Indian economy growing in terms of startup’s people are showing more interest in equity instead of the real estate.
The people in faang companies are also facing layoffs, 2 cr is big amount for them also..the salaries of 1 cr plus will be given to hundreds of employees not every one..

Downfall of Realestate in Hyderabad is not happened for first time, this happened many times over past decades. Any thing in real estate we have to wait for at least 10 years to see the good profits. We can’t expect short term gains in real estate. Short term profits can be seen in equity market but risk is also there.
The Hyderabad market was invested by all not only Andhra, The same Hyderabad reality market suffers a lot from 2008 to 2016. People invested in 2008 didn't even get bank fd rate
