Men and boys gave up easily their seats rather to see women, pregnant or with child, both young and old standing in the busses, trains, or even in the waiting areas...
      Sorry... but I really did not see your claim to be TRUE... More Women today are more liberated, who often had Pre-marital Sex or Fornication, and many do not believe in God (Divine Creator) anymore (as Atheist)...

      Why do people feel the need to correct or contradict other people’s comments? It’s a rather sad and pathetic life they must lead in which they get some sort of sick joy or dopamine rush from thinking they’ve caught someone in a mistake or misquote over something as benign and ubiquitous as what decade they were listening to a disco tune.
      I remember this song being played all through the 80’s on Saturday nights at the Roller Rink. That doesn’t mean I think the song wasn’t released until 1980, it simply means that’s when and where I heard it the most often.
      It’s 2021 and I’m still listening to it on TH-cam as well as on a radio station in the U.K. via the Internet.
      And no I don’t believe it to be a new release lol
      Why don’t people just leave things alone here on TH-cam and use their energy and time to keep track of how many times a day the politicians in Washington DC tell a lie. I’m certain that will keep you occupied for some time.
      Cheers mates

    Bwahahahahahahaha I have heard this song so many times over my years never knowing who actually did it and of course never knew there was such a video. It is just so ridiculously hilarious. I opened up TH-cam about 20 minutes ago and it was there. I had no clue what to search even to find it but I have always wondered over these decades if there was truly an actual dance called The hustle. It always makes me think of one of my cousins who died a few years ago that's about 15 years older than me. When I would hear this song on the radio it would always make me think of her because she was like the proverbial dancing Queen back in the seventies. I was under 10 years old back then. But it was a wonderful blast from the past because I do like the song but the video was just hilarious. Thank you for sharing it whomever it was that posted it. I'm still dying with laughter over it and a feeling of joy at having heard it yet again.

      @tecdessus That may have been the song this video was originally broadcast with, but we don't have proof that is what was playing while this was filmed. I think "The Hustle" suits this footage even more. I agree about one of the best outfits, too.

    • @bobdavis4848
      @bobdavis4848 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @tecdessus I know; I saw the version with "Hop Hug-Her" long ago. You left out the hyphen and you are missing a distinction; I know the dance was originally televised with "Hip Hug-Her" accompaniment. But I mean when the ladies were practicing, including the footage that was originally televised, we don't have definite proof that same song is what they were hearing in the studio then. It may be likely, but we have no proof of definite. It could have been an obscure non-hit that Pan's People all loved and motivated them in dance, but that the show couldn't get the rights to broadcast. The originally aired "Two Ronnies" clip was not broadcast live, right?
