Luke Cage was not *originally* Power Man; he took on that name after quite a few issues of being "Luke Cage: Hero for Hire" because he thought it was a good marketing move.

Trevor Noah (Comedy Central) studio is 52nd St. NY, Colbert is at the famous Ed Sullivan Theater (1697 Broadway NY,) ET is 4024 Radford Ave, Studio City, CA & TMZ is in Hollywood, CA so the guy really gets around. :)

The original Power Man, who had similar abilities, was white. He came out of retirement because Luke Cage started calling himself that. Luke fought him in the theatre owned by his friend, DW, and they demolished the interior. (It was a plot point for several issues that Luke was working extra hard to pay for the repairs.) Luke ultimately beat his ass.

The thing is though the goofier the DC villain name, the more dangerous he is. Sportsmaster, Capt. Boomerang, Joker etc. Hell Calendar man has an extremely high death count. So the Staple Man might have his face stapled or cut people up and staple them back together by mixing body parts together. whatever it is he'd be dangerous.
