- Genius Garage gets a cheap fixer upper racing go kart and Casey Putsch and students Isaac and Peyton weight and dismantle the kart in preparation for an upcoming race proving it doesn't have to be expensive to engineer and race a high-performance machine. The kart is a Trick Chassis sprint kart with a Briggs and Stratton Animal 4-stroke engine.

Track time done? Been at it 15 years. My very first kart was old like no front bumper old! Was vintage kart champ in a group of 1! My 1st modern kart did way better than expected! Lots of A+D / Rental. Poor me got paid to watch as a corner worker Low pay with a long drive and day ! Was one of best jobs I ever had!! Even better than the 25 year job!! Good luck and have fun! Hope you not a skinny fat guy! I weigh 135 lbs and needed alot of lead to make 200 lbe!🤯😀🏁

This is an amazing idea for a series
I got a rolling frame. Sad part it was left outside and now all the bearing are shot . so now I have all new bearings and aluminum axle coming

I’ve been to Fremont, and that track is so fun I wanna get back in to Karting but I wanna fix up my kart.

Will you all be racing LO 206?
Well we would like to, but that gets expensive. We are on project cheap right now. Hope to run LO206 in the near future because I think it is a great class.

Lawnmower engines hava a vertical shaft... smh
I don’t know why, it just really hate go karts with the engine mounted beside the driver, I can’t explain it, I just don’t like it.
