She actually says 'Estar siempre guapos, chicos', meaning for BOTH sexes to dress up and look their best, as in 'guys'. For example, if I see a group of men and women looking really well dressed and good looking, I would say 'Qué guapos estáis', not 'Qué guapas y guapos estáis. The same if theres a mixed group of women and men together and we want to go to the cinema, I would say, 'Chicos, qué película vamos ha ver?', which means, Guys, what film are we going to watch?, the 'guys' also obviously includes the girls in the group.
