I think Chaewon is one of the funniest leaders in K-Pop. Most of the time, she feels like just one of the girls. You rarely see her pull the leader card. I think a close second is probably Yeji or maybe Julie or Haewon. There are other leaders that play well with the other members, but there always is this line when you know Leader-mode has activated. I'm thinking of Jiu or Jihyo for these. Like you can forget they are leaders for a time, but when they switch everyone stands at attention. Then there are some leaders who basically are in charge 80% of the time. They still have fun and like to be teased, but they always are "the leader". I'm thinking of Solar or Soyeon here. Honestly, I don't think one style of "command" is better than the other, it just depends on the group you're in. With nine members, you need a Jihyo-type for TWICE. She can't be too strict but can't be too lose either. And with how much LE SSERAFIM are such cheeseballs, you need Chaewon's laid back approach. When it's time to focus, she can get them there because they already played around. Combine that with Sakura backing her up, and I think switching from playful to serious is an easier transition.
