Nice home constructed.....The tiles , wood used for doors....all are fantastic! All spaces are occupied neatly..
Never seen such detailed information in in a newly constructed home walkin ....nothing extravagant and no waste expenses anywhere exactly what is needed in todays construction and very beautiful grey everywhere.
What about dining area,and provisions for dishwasher in utility area? The house looks great though,
I agree with someone who commented about the projection of breakfast counter, it is a potential danger for kids or elders in family

Placement of the handwash basin just outside the Master Bedroom is very awkward and not ideal.
Also the cost of making this size Kitchen at 3.5 lac is not justified. Seemed like owners had too much money and did not bargain.
You could get such kitchen for 1 lac less easier and within 2 lac also.
