This bill is nothing but to befool the public from the brutal rape and murder case at RG Kar hospital. There are sufficient provisions to give capital punishment to the culprits in such cases. For a long period it's evident that government has tried level best to save those rapists and murderers firstly by instructing police' to suppress, hide and tamper all evidences and documents and then to submit the diluted chargesheet and secondly by instructing PP to represent the case in such a way so that culprits are realsed and lastly by frightening with death threat to the witness. In this RG Kar case govt. has also appointed 21 costly lawyers at the cost of public money to save those devils. For all these reasons this government administration is solely responsible and actually police minister should be taken into custody.
