Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Sea Salt - 1 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Shallots - 15 nos
Green Chilly - 1 nos
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Coriendar leaves - 1 cup
Coriendar seeds - 2 tbsp
For Masala Powder:
Dry Chilly - 10 nos
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumins seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cinamon stick - 1
Cardamom - 1 nos
Cloves - 4 nos
