How quick did your last break? Active rated for I think like 200 hours I barely pressure wash May 10-15 times a year total. But not often I'm using them for hours on end. Probably has about 80 hours run time total
On the bottle it says it will leave something on the paint in order to prevent or make dirt hard to accumulate back. Is this small protection not gonna impact the actual hydrophobicity of say a ceramic or wax or whatever? Also it does state indeed, it will add gloss, which also in my experience messes with a coatings behavior afterwards.
Yes. It’s a waterless wash with some sort of protection. Nothing stout. All waterless washes has some gloss enhancers or some sort of lubrificatikn agent like a wax or si02. reason for it is the ingredients to make it more slick. For dirt to glide off the paint and minimize potential scratches and swirls. As pure surfactants waterless to clean will typically be slightly grabby. The protection is not significant to where it’ll last weeks maybe 1 rainstorm or a week tops. If you’re are worried about gloss enhancers inhibiting your protection. Your best option is either a rinseless wash or just wash your car traditionally. For myself traditionally my coating is only really there for the base layer of protection whatever I put on top I just let it wear down. I’ll use a drying aid to dry the vehicle with a detail spray with some protection but after a rainstorm or a week it’s practically gone.

But seeing this comes from the mother of labocosmetica, it got me interested. I guess it also depends on the ceramic you have on. My gyeon Mohs evo seems to be quite unimpressed with all the topping I did to it until now lol. The hydrophobicity didn't really change. I got to tell you man, labo really know they're fragrances. This stuff smells really potent out of the bottle. Does the smell linger even you actually use it? Also, seeing it may have the same smell as Idrosave, do you think it may be possible these products are related?
@@georgeker1 yeah if you have Gyeon Mohs Evo I’ve heard it doesn’t pair well with other toppers besides cure. I am not to sure how true that is. This does have a tropical smell but different smell from the Idrosave. Both the same product as this has Si02 protection and Idrosave Reggy said on a live that it’s a polymer typer of protection. It’s not strong at all but last about a week or two on daily drivers. If it’s perfect conditions may get a month. But it shouldn’t affect the coating properties. The polymer protection is so a lot of dirt not stick on the paint. The smell does not linger on the car but it’s a pleasant smell to work with none the less.
You can make it in a gallon and have it ready to use whenever it will not lose its punch. Make sure you use distilled water very important. I also have a video on dilution ratios coming out tomorrow 💪 too just in case. But if you want to make ready to use gallon of waterless for a 1:5 dilution ratio in a gallon it Will be 128 divided by 6 is 21.3 ounces round up 21.5 ounces of product you need to make a gallon. Now subtract 128 and 21.5 is 106.5. So make sure you have 106.5 ounces of water and pour your 21.5 ounces of product and bammmm. There is your ready to use gallon of rinseless wash in the perfect ratio of 1:5 . I'm sure you probably know how to dilute 😂😭

Yes shipping is expensive but that’s everywhere. Unfortunately to ship anything business or not is expensive as it’s based on dimensions and weight. The value is superb though you can make 12 16oz waterless washes which should last you all winter if you’re waterless washing once a week in the winter. Or literally about a year because you don’t often need to waterless wash. As you’ll probably go through 12 ounces being liberal with the product.
