Amazing videos ! What an art to wind these motors and give them a new life ! Here in the UK there are a lot of 110V power tools for sale second hand as they are the only ones you can use in a building site. They are sold very cheap (because nobody has 220V to 110V power transformers in their houses) and it would be a great idea to re wind then for 220V !! You should try to speak as you go along, even if your English is not very good. The one thing I don't understand is the connection to the stator, there seems do be more connections in the stator that windings, if you could explain better what winging goes into what connection of the stator would be graet !! (I am also a big Lidler !!)
@@zana3587 I wonder, which winding goes to which connection on the commutator. I did have a look at the video again and now it makes more sense. Your English seems very basic and it would be difficult to communicate with the topic being so technical, it will do you good to learn some English...
Great work! but that cover, just before you put the motor in. does that not kill the airflow a lot? And you show 2,24 amps. thats only just over 500watts? (if in 230v zone) :) edit: oh I gues its a suck and not blow fan nevermind ;)
wowww absolutely awesome. Again another amazing video and I have learn alots. Can you put some caption on what you are doing? Like the why the double winding and how you balance the rotor with your set up and by removing some of the materials with grinder. How did you do that ? Thanks
Красиво!! Творческое упорство и настойчивость! Так держать!!
спасибо, сэр, это очень приятно для вас

Grasias por contestar mi duda
hi dahen, a question, what is the name of the tool you use to remove the wire from the armor? that one that is blue.
thanks for the video a question what is the name of plastic or insulating you put in the armature? how can i order online?
thank you sir i don't know the name sorry
insulating paper, aramide paper, for example Nomex by DuPont
What’s the epoxy/reason for? And is it required?
my reason is not good quality
Have you tried to do your own brand?

You changed the wire gauge twice ... from 22 to 23.5 ... and from 22 to 24 because ...
