How do you deal with backaches while sitting for so long, I am getting so much back pain these days that I'm afraid I'll end up wearing myself off from all that studying😥
tbh, I think it'll be a homework for us to solve throughout lifetime. I just consciously try to stretch from time to time in between studies + do workouts when possible!
