    Can you speak more to the average salary for a role like this? I have an upcoming interview with a tech company as a Customer Onboarding Manager but never worked in this industry before. I have transferable skills that I know will be valuable but I don’t want to sell myself short as it relates to pay when the time comes to discuss with the company. Thank you for you help! 💕✨

    I am enjoying watching your videos and learning about the customer success role. Is it true that the portfolio your are given to manage contains more at risk customers than neutral or healthy ones?
    Do u handle a lot of complaints on a daily basis?

      Hey Karen, great question! The portfolio assigned to you will be different from company to company. From personal experience, it shouldn't be just of at-risk customers. Some companies assign a book of business based on revenue or engagement segments (like high touch, low touch, etc)

      That’s a great question! It depends on what you like to do. CS is a big space with plenty of different roles within it. You can move around between those roles like CS Ops of take on strategic customers or even focus on digital CS. There’s always leadership roles too.

      There might be some elements of Sales like renewals and upsell but that depends on the CS role / product.
