When Tickatus was in standard, there were few ways to duplicate him, make him cheaper and double that bc, so "25 cards" is not wrong.
On reveal Counselman was extremely underrated because people undervalued snowball effect tacked onto a 5 health minion during times when there were very low amounts of early game removal.
And as far as Plot Twist goes, people overvalued it with Augmented Elekk (see fear of fatigue, especially in Warlock). Augmented Elekk came out two expansions prior and was not affected by rotation.

bruh fuck the HS meta right now. got myself excited, wanted to go for legend again, played a few games of standard annd nah i'm done. Then went to twist, enjoyed maybe 1 game using Thorium, and it sucks too, it's just weirdly stale. Might go back to wild

Honestly do so. Wild is in a bit of an odd state where sort of anything goes. I have no idea why people are saying it’s “rogue stone” because I only see the odd Kingsbane or pirate degeneracy. It’s mainly control DK because it’s a cheap deck that even bots can pilot.
@@moosegoose3159 death knight isn't a class in wild. It was for a short time, and it was even aggro death knight. I honestly don't know what format you are playing, but it's not wild. Btw, kingsbane is the worst performing wild rogue deck. You should evaluate decks based on stats, not based on your personal opinion or experience. Multiple rogue decks and egg hunter are terrorizing the ladder right now
@@joshbooyy9868 Is EU different meta then atm? A good 40% of all classes I see are DKs, and its almost always plagues or control. Edit: Since this expansion launched I've not seen a single egg hunter. Is it class to class pier matchmaking? I do notice when I play my paladin I get a disproportionate amount of DKs.
I see you seem to struggle finding Card games on Steam, which surprises me as there are not too few on there. A lot are just low quality HS with a twist, but some are actually great. One that I fell in love with is Hero Realms, which has a nice balance of ingame deckbuilding and pre game deckbuilding. Imagine it as a mix of HS and Dominion. It plays somewhat like the very first builds of Reynad's game looked like. The game has a free demo and is 10 bucks should you enjoy it. I'd love to see you giving it a try :)
