Amazing. Thank you for this. I am a singer trying to understand the anatomical aspects of my voice. This really helped. It would really help if you could put up more of these.
Nice, simple diagrams and streamlined way to memorize. My anatomy book gives additional places of origin and insertion so a viewer might want to add those details to their knowledge. Could mostly understand accent but 2-3 places I just couldn't understand one of the words.
I think you mean that the inferior longitudinal muscles make the ventral surface convex. At around 7:37, you said that they they make the dorsal surface convex. But the video was really helpful. Have 3 more days for my internals
Very helpful explination ...God bless you ...& remove any obstacle from your life' s way ... But i' ve got confusion in understanding function inferior longitudinal m. You siad that median fibrous septum represent origin for the muscles when it attach to it, & thats mean tongue length will be increased in case of contraction of inferior longitudinal muscle ... Could be sides of tongue more stronger than median fibrous septum to be origin for muscle ?? Could you please answer my question ...
Besides video on bones this type of video are also fantastic .... Keep up making more videos and help medical students learning with ease.
