The interview was awesome. The guest had a lot to share and was very willing to do so. However, I would suggest that the host ask leading questions rather than derailing ones during follow-up questions. For example, at 2:53 , the guest wanted to discuss 'how to deal with failures when you have a weak support system,' but the host derailed the conversation with a question about one million shillings.
I really felt like I missed out on something important the guest wanted to say concerning how he relaunched after a major failure, but was interrupted by the interviewers question

Wow! The analogy of being like a bull on heat when you are so passionate is spot on. Despite the passion, and the drive, you must definitely be careful enough to sit down and ask questions. This is so powerful. And as always, never forget to retreat, re-energize, restrategize, and re-launch.
