Minor spoilers that are ok to be spoiled now. 1 - So various other players have been in this world before. 2 - Players disappeared at the same time from game in our world future 2138. But they appeared in new world during various times. 3 - So far, we know at least 5 or 6 such times players appeared at various time in new world history. 4 - Every time a player or group of players appeared they would clearly leave an impact. The Rubik's cube we saw in episode 1 is one such item. That is all that can be spoiled for now. ;D

Without spoiling much, as you can probably guess by now, all the Pleiades maids have the greek ranking like a wolfpack by their names, its never really mentioned in the anime but it mostly signifies who is the older sister. Yuri Alpha was the one visiting the treasury room. Lupusregina Beta was the one waiting for Nphirea in Carne village. Solution Epsilon is the one with Sebas. We already seen Narberal Gamma a lot in season 1. This episode showed us more of Entoma Vasilissa Zeta. I wont spoil the rest CZ2128(Shizu) Delta and Aureole Omega.
the lizardman arc is a bit special. its "Maruyama's" critic of censorship, everyone in this arc are naked. pay close attention and see if anyone wears pants
