This is exactly why usac needs more national coverage. Those of us that live here in Indiana are privileged to see racing like this on a weekly basis.
These three guys in a handful of laps have provided more excitement and entertainment than the entire 2019 nascar season. We're all thinking it im just saying it.

They run purpose built 4 cylinder engines producing between 350 - 400 HP with direct drive (no clutch) - The cars weigh around 900 pounds with a minimum weight rule of 1050 pounds including driver...
Do they have 550 horsepower?

Naz Idoura nah, just learned! You were in the right church, just wrong pew haha. Power to weight is wild regardless. 410 sprint cars do have 900+ hp tho
But they weight less than 1000 pounds. So figure that's about 1500 HP in a Cup car.

Kyle Larson can race the berm on a dirt track but I think it's a bad habit he brings to Cup he rides the fence and more times than not he gets into the fence and ends his chances at a win.
If he didn't ride the fence on certain tracks (Autoclub, Chicagoland Homestead etc) he wouldn't even be in the hunt for a win in the first place... Gotta go where the fastest line is if your car isn't the best in the field... Late race cautions have cost Larson (due to poor pit-stops or a bad restart) way more wins than hitting the wall while leading a race...
Eg: last years race at Darlington is a great example of a late race caution costing him a win...
