The Non Valley (Italian: Val di Non, also Valle di Non; Nones: Val de Nòn; German: Nonstal, also Nonsberg; Latin: Anaunia) is a valley located mainly in the Trentino, with three, primarily German-speaking municipalities belonging to the province of South Tyrol (Deutschnonsberg), northern Italy.
The largest municipalities in the valley are Cles (the main town), Predaia, Ville d'Anaunia, Revò, Denno, Fondo.

@@Harlequin333 Thanks! No my family is originally from Feltre in Belluno. We moved here 2 years ago since we believe Trentino would be better for our daughter that is going to school here in Taio. We live in both countries since we work as tour guides. So we are here now, go back to Washington DC in 2 months and we'll be back here in December... Once the Restrictions are over lets meet for coffee.. :)!

Which Castle? The Valley has so many. Some I have been in and some where my ancestors owned. It is a wonderful and majestic place.

questa è solo la bassa val di non, manca totalmente la alta val di non.....
@@TravelwithLornaDante guarda partendo dalla bassa valle devi seguire per i paesi di Romeno Cavareno Fondo.....strada facendo incontrerai un paesino di nome Salter (dove io ho imparato a camminare.....tieni conto che io sono della provincia di milano e questo ti fa capire da quanto tempo conosco la val di non, io ho 42 anni ora!!) segui sempre la strada principale e dai 500/600 mt della bassa valle in poco tempo arrivi quasi a 1000mt. non devi però assolutamente prederti il lago di Tovel che si trova ai piedi del Brenta 1600 mt circa quindi dalla parte opposta dell'alata valle e il santuario di san Romedio che si trova nella gola della valle, se ti piace camminare ci sono un sacco di sentieri che partono da vari paesi e arrivano al santuario a me piace molto quello che parte da Salter. proseguendo sull'alta valle troverai molti paesi puliti e carini da visitare. altra tappa secondo me da non mancare è il passo della Mendola, che delimita il confine con il sud tirolo, infatti appena superato il passo Mendola si è in provincia di Bolzano, e da lì si ha una vista su tutta la valle sottostante dal belvedere. ultima tappa secondo me da vedere è il lago smeraldo a Fondo, c'è un sentiero che parte dalla piazza principale del paese e in 20 minuti ti porta al lago passando per un piccolo orrido. spero di esserti stato utile e se posso aiutarti ancora chiedi pure ricordati soltanto che non sono del posto. ciao ciao.

Ciao, svolgo lo stesso tuo hobby lavoro, volevo chiederti se hai chiesto i permessi, e in che modo, per volare in valle. Ho dovuto fare un video in quelle zone lì ma dalle mappe di volo non era consentito
@@TravelwithLornaDante capisco, purtroppo stanno cambiando le regole, non è tanto il chiedere ma Enac ha messo a disposizione delle mappe per capire dove è possibile volare. Il sito si chiama D Flight se vuoi darci un'occhiata per le future volte.
