Even if you can't or don't want to leave your comfortable urban life, get out there and be wild every now and then. By regularly doing that, you will be reminded of how much nature means to us, how much solace it can bring, how much joy and peace and hope. You will be reminded of how deeply we are connected to all living things. Dance with life!

I always wanted to live this aesthetically pleasing lifestyle .. a life far away from money, status, dependencies, and worries. I can give away anything just to live like her. I think there comes a point in everyone's life when you start giving more value to small things like peace of mind and satisfaction, which in my opinion no amount of money can bring. I hope someday I will spend my day close to nature and far away from any worries and I think that's the true essence of living.
And we hope that with each day, and each decision, you move closer towards this essence of living. x

You can start now living close to nature. You can introduce plants into your house, you can put out bird feeders, or have a pet. Nature will find you! Every journey starts with a few steps! Enjoy the little steps!

Finally someone stopped and took time to zoom into tiny little life going around in nature. We see big buildings and new cars, yet we are sometimes blind enough to notice the dew drops on the leaves, the bees kissing the flowers, the spiders threading their web. Hope this video will enlighten atleast one blind soul.

It’s helped me with my depression and the way I view life now and with this new amazing energy I’ve collected, I’ve subconsciously passed it on to my hubby without him even knowing just from explaining what I’ve been experiencing and how I view things now. We are all connected, not only to each other but to this beautiful planet. We should be able to rely on one another and to treat ourselves and others gently and with respect, but instead we look for differences that we can use as excuses to kill each other. Nature is so bountiful and just pure bliss! She expresses her deep connection with nature/Earth, in a way that echoes off (resonates) my own heart.
I love nature so deeply. Nature understands me. It communicates. To feel so in touch with nature, is apparently not something most people get. (Unless they're wired like this as well.) I in turn, don't understand them. So no judgement.
Truthfully, I battle to live life in this world where everything is about power and things and money. The noise and "plastic" of the man-made world, are driving me insane at times. Not even joking. People like us, have been pushed aside and misunderstood as wacko, coo coo !. So the most difficult thing is to love ourselves. Thankfully I am in this process of healing and acceptance of who I am.
I'm getting the message a lot these days - stop being so serious and PLAY, because life is a dance.

I am touched by her thoughts. I can totally relate to her. My depression was healed by walking to the park and talking to the trees, birds and sun. I thank the sun, the air and the earth everyday. Then I thank the universe. It literally helped heal my migraines, anxiety attacks and insomia. It also healed my depression.
Nature has an incredible way of bringing us back to who we truly are.
