    When you say impaired what do you mean? It's not a specific action, the neurotransmitter can be both increased or decreased?

    I so appreciate the videos and feel I could learn a great deal, but honestly, it’s very hard to concentrate with all of the ads. They interrupt midway during the topic being discussed. I understand the use of them; however, just bringing forth my thoughts for you to consider.

    I thought the mesocortical pathway increase dopamine causes increase in negative symptoms?

      Negative symptoms in the mesocortical are due to decreased DA. Mesolimbic has positive symptoms due to increased DA.
