Hey Larsis, just wanted to say thank you for posting your videos, I hadn't completed my Twine Endurance and your guide was a huge help. My experience was I could AFK up to Wave 24 without leaving the observation spot, or even shooting down the large meteor on Wave 22. I had to shoot down the UFO on Wave 25 three or four times. I also needed to to come down from the AFK spot to repair block off on the Ramp Amp and the Hill Amp during the last 5 waves. In fact, I had to kill for the last 30 seconds on Hill Amp, as it was completely exposed during Wave 29 as they tore through all my block off. Wave 30 was Space Rocks on the Bridge Amp and this got obliterated, so again I was building hasty block off and killing for the last 2 minutes - but I survived! I used your recommendation of Machinist Harper - and managed to complete the challenge! Thanks so much - and keep up the great work. I couldn't have done it without you.

@@larsis how's your Pit amp working just now? mine keeps failing after 2 or 3 waves of being attacked. it picks up a random wave pretty regularly, eg the other dat it failed on wave 14, yesterday it failed on 16. it's identical to yours and my squads are all trap damage and durability. thanks as always.

Hey for 1X1 closed tunnel, broadsides is the best for damage, in general you need a wall facing the broadside trap to get the max efficiency from it, since the balls from the cannons will keep bouncing, dealing a lot of damage + broadside trap range is 1 tile but for 2X2 or open areas, the balls will spread every were dealing a little damage so wall darts trap is better here, because it's range it 3 tiles and it shoot a straight arrows

Glad I could help:) I use nature on these 2 traps for the random waves wave 1 is easy, any traps can handle it but the random waves like 21 and 11 are water waves nature traps will deal damage then the energy element but overall, both will work well, don't worry if you have only the energy traps, use them np

Hey they follow the amp like the normal husk but they charge on it when they spot it they target the upper part of the amp, not the lower like the normal husk it requires a bit more block offs to route the smashers than the normal husk you need an amp design or a loop bridge to avoid them charging inside your tunnels there are more of course, but these are the basics
Yes, for the recycle builds, if you got the kill count waves, you need to kill the husk since the recycle build won't kill them use some drop traps above the spawn

So I'm not sure if it's just my homebase, but I built the whole loop bridge, and the game will not allow me to place the half arch walls. I watched the update, and tried the full arches too, not possible. I left and reloaded several times, cannot build there. Now will this still work without those arches and pillars under the loop bridge?
Can you do an update or noted video please because sometimes the smashers destroyed the exit of the tunnel and all the ceilings got destroyed too. I got this in Wave 11 today, and I got this issue before the update too.
I did it alone and as I had no defense for East side, only north I losy, dont know if you warned us tô put defenses in east side but I didnt, only I the center and in north I amolst did it only with guns but wasnt sufficient, the first stormshield from twin peaks

-50 is a lot, if you built everything right you can just remove the extra traps & structures

In Twine peaks, use the highest durability you can get
Around 300% is very very good, but of course, you can clear it with less than that

I did it alone and as I had no defense for East side, only north I losy, dont know if you warned us tô put defenses in east side but I didnt, only I the center and in north I amolst did it only with guns but wasnt sufficient, the first stormshield from twin peaks

Just had smashers destroy the whole build wave 11 home base north I was in afk spot
It's the same bug as Ridge amplifier
when smashers don't recognize the amp

For the damage traps, the rest you can use 77, like sound walls and tar pits
