Thanks, my son is starting this in April. No one in our family has ever played lacrosse. While I understand these are the basic rules, everyone needs a jumping off point

Almost all sports do that because of thr biological advantages and disadvantages. Men have different stamina ranges than women

@@jocquezlawrence3204it’s a very popular debate going on right now. I don’t know what lacrosse does in that situation but just look at transgender athletes in other contact sports. You will never see a women transition to a man compete well in male competition but when a man transitions to a female they always seem to be quite good/ have a few advantages
