I was there in the crowd with my mom. Such a thrill! A friend Debbie was up front and got to shake JFK’s hand. They took the helicopter to White Sands MR.
How about finding the supposed landing that occured out there. Many former nco, commissioned say it happened. It was filmed according to those who worked in film production back then out there.
What's interesting he visited shortly after the Holloman ufo landing incident occurred. This is factual event with many former army and air force officers who spoke on it.
Lol! “Technicolor was rare in those days.” What are you talking about? First that looks like 16mm or Super 8 film shot on regular color, not technicolor film. Technicolor is actually a trademark name Hollywood color film process. The first Technicolor film was Becky Sharp (1936), in which President Nixon’s future wife Pat is an extra. Every drugstore in America sold color movie film in 1963. Very common. As to the VHS- this of course was not shot on vhs but the film had been transferred to tape. This is an important film- Johnson and McNamara (do you know who he was…) are in it. Please get your history correct.

I was there 10 years old.
I was there with my parents also! I didn't turn 10 until Nov 25 of that year, the day of JFK's funeral.
I am the little kid at 0.32 with my arms crossed and mean mug on.
Tears.
I still like the 1505's - well fitted matching 1505's - wish the USAF could bring them back.

Snake Johnson prepares the field for the visit as usual.
