This video is a scene of a flash mob for a young guy's marriage proposal taken place under the Tokyo Tower which is a landmark of the capital of Japan.
There is a street performer making a show in the front of the tower's entrance.
He starts taking pictures with people there.
A disguised family stops moving after posing to take a picture with the performer...

But it would be wonderful if there's a subtitle as well, so non Japanese people can understand the male speech.
