W0w looks good and nice please kindly give the exact measurements for this recepie I will be waiting to do thank you for upload this video GBU and take care....
Thanks for liking our video. I actually don't have the exact measurement as its something I do in my stall and I never really took a detail measurement of the ingredients. I think you can follow roughly by watching the video and I'm sure you will get it right. I will try to get exact measurement the next time i do this perhaps in a smaller portion of 2 maybe. Thanks for supporting and please enjoy the rest of the videos.
well, it's a mix of fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds. If you go to those Indian cash and carry stores, you can ask them to make you a spice mix like that. Normally they will have ready-made packets available. Hope this helps. Happy cooking.
@@RamlahsKitchen Thank you so much! We are based in Frankfurt, so this was really really helpful for us to find at the Asian supermarket and mix ourselves! Thank youuuuu:)
@@lailaheizmann4500 We use 2 types of mix spices...one set is for the meat curries and another is for fish and vege's I will do a video to list down the exact spices for these 2 different mixes.
You show the receipe but u don’t tell what are ingredients u are adding when cooking. Either u talk n tell the ingredients or you just put n write below with a bigger font so everyone can see n follow. This is my suggestion.
Thanks for the comment. I have listed the ingredients in the opening of the video and I also talked while doing the video on whats being added. You will also be able to see in the wok whats being put in it. I hope that helps. I do videos in my free time and I dont do this just to share to others and have a record of my cooking on youtube. I hope you can watch the video and do it. I dont have exact measurements as I am not a chef that went to cooking school, these are 40 years of cooking in the stall and all ingredients are added based on assumptions and years of cooking. Thanks and I hope you will get to do the recipe well. Its trial and error.
