Why iits are good is because the teachers are given freedom to grow by research and research boosts teaching - i give credit to students as they cooperate with teachers - i give credit to directors and management as they do not interfere in academics.
These things tells us ki "IIT se Life set nahi hoti balki bhot sari opportunities set hoti hai" Mehnat toh tumhe IIT me bhi karna hi padega infact sometimes more than how much you did during your preparation......So remember this

Professors can change syllabus, they can decide their marking procedures, etc. I think it's great, except if professors are sadists. It's great in that if you look at many of foreign colleges, the professors can gauge students taking their course, and can alter the course flow, and discuss even many of the things that students request for
