Same. I adore the first 2 EP's and the 1st full length(Cars) and then "Neighbors" and "Threads" LP but this latest album is on a whole new level. It's like watching two people grow, and grow up.
Currently this is my comfort Thing. I watch this every day at least once, sometimes twice or more if I need it. Their presence just takes me to a better place for a little while, especially after catching up on all of KC's Instagram and reading her (their?) posts on mental health and some things that she's struggled with. I feel similar in a lot of aspects about feelings of belonging and I've also dealt with abuse, so knowing someone else has been through similar things, someone I look up to a lot, makes me feel a lot less alone. If KC reads this, I just want to say thank you. And of course, thank you to Brad, and all of the past members who made this band who they were and who they became and who they will become.

@@nedim_guitar i cant tell you how much i miss going to shows. i go between 30 and 40 a year...last year was 2. this year..zero. tickets i had are PPD til 2022 and one at the end of this year...absolute bullshit...nevermind the bands that have broke up and venues that have forever closed.
@@miked4309 Oh man, the sucks. I personally don't go to big concerts more than 3-4 a year, and a few more smaller venue shows too, so I know what you're saying. Experiencing live music is great, either alone or with friends. What was the last show you were at? Mine was Dweezil Zappa.
The evolution from the "every children" days has been such a pleasure to witness. "Saved" is a spectacular album (and I mean, Walla has always been a favorite in the realm of "the dude to have produce or hire you a team" ) and I'm fuckin' stoked to see what comes next. Thanks for your art, Now, Now.
Yes! i was thinking the same, they have a dream pop, synthwave and slight shoegaze sound which is still very alternative! Love their old and new stuff!
normally you would see vocalist with this type of voice stand singing with the mic stand but the vocalist really has a really energetic vibe that makes you want to move along
Once again with "Now, Now", I prefer the live audiotree performance more than the studio version :) Her voice sounds warmer and more human ! Feels like drinkin a nice cup of tea, but for the ears :)
I’ve loved Now Now since they were “Every Children” 😌 It’s so crazy how this re-emergence is the same band but different. I love them “both” so hard, in such different ways. Especially KC... I was growing up with her when she was _Cacie,_ awkward, awesome, flipping everyone off _all the time_ and painfully raw. Seeing her after all these years, coming into her own.. all grown up (yes, pink hair is grown!;) different, and yet the same...ugh. Im wrecked and honored to have known of them so long❤️😭🤧😌❤️
It's hard not to fall in love with both of their styles. The newer stuff make me want to travel forever and feel so alive. The old are more for jamming on your own like a true loner, always useful😅
I watched several live studio performances of these songs and this session is the best. The sound/mix and performance is top notch. Keep up the good job !
I'm surprised and really happy with most of these comments. I thought it was going to be a lot of crying about how this isn't like their old stuff. But everyone understands growth. I agree with most of the comments. The old stuff was good and the new stuff is also good. Definitely shows range ; ) Good job humans!

The album "Saved" made them what their sound ant style is all about. The old shoegaze indie rock stuff was a bit generic, but ok overall. Every song in "Saved" is a masterpiece and recognisable.

from shoegaze to synthwave. Not a bad transition, but I will miss that iconic shoegaze sound, especially what they brought back from it. Still though, stellar performance, with a stellar mix. The changes were probably necessary for them to feel at peace with their own sound, so more props to em ^^
