Great video. I didn’t find the foot rests (probably sold out), but I appreciate the review of the different add-ons. I have to keep the Etsy seller on my radar for future items.
I have some of these. They are great. The adapter is particularly clever. BTW you don’t have to have a NECA stand for it. I just used a thin rigid steel stick that fit in the adapter and stuck the other end in a hole I drilled in a hanging shelf. Looks like it’s floating in mid air in my man cave.

Easy fix to sit the canopy in place. Pull the rubber tab outwards as you press the dome down. Also you can use somethign to widen the hole. All 10 of mine are fine after i seen the issue. I fixed it.
If you're looking for a good deal on some great stands, mezco sells a 3 pack of stands for 25 dollars...I do prefer them to the neca stands because of the ability to tweaks the tension with screws
@junkioncraftsandbuilds oh for real? Yeah I'm interested. I don't have no idea about mezzo except for the name. They have a site? I looked at the prices of the parts from the link you provided. The price in my opinion is really good. This breathes so much needed life into these things
Facing you just cut a little bit of the back end of the hole on the left side where the canopy tabs in and it should fit just fine then you can close the lid all the way.
Which of the stands that the adapters are available for is cheaper? And what's the quality difference between the stands? I might get some adapters if the stands are decent and not overly priced.
Great question. I'll preface this by saying that I didn't get a NECA adapter in time for this video, However I do own both NECA and Mezco stands. NOW...NECA stands can be found at big box stores like Target. IN My experience, The NECA stands are not as dynamic as Mezco stands..Two of mine have the ratchets that elevate or lower the stand..welp, they're not great. Mezco stands have more position options, but both have challenges with larger items. If you note how I have my stand, the bubble straddles the stand. IF you were go to with options, Mezco sells a three pack of stands for $25. That link is here: www.mezcotoyz.com/item/11011/one-12-collective-base-stand-set/1.html NECA stands, I believe, are $12-$15 PER stand at Target..I found them on Amazon as well for like $23/per stand. www.amazon.com/NECA-Dynamic-Action-Figure-Stand/dp/B01BOV5I7I SO for the best bang for your buck..I would go with a Mezco stand for your Trouble Bubble displays.
@@junkioncraftsandbuilds Is every stand completely different as far as needing an adapter? Surely some company makes flight stands sturdy enough for large figures or small vehicles?

There are at least 12 places on Etsy that make clear plastic flying stands for the Bubble and Serpentor
Good to know that buyers have options. I like this low profile one because of ease of use.

I have the engine effect but made my own stand from heavy metal wire.
That's cool! Did you just use the wire or do you have it inserted into a base?

Irwin in the 80s came up with a construction kit
plastic panels, but the genius was the beams and universal joints
one could slide cardboard panels in the beams grooves, and lock with the joints
once you have a 'framed' panel, you can combine them to do any kind of box - building
introduction to the system
I d see a 'build a figure' type of intro here
provide 10' x 10' cardboard panels dio background 4 beams and joints
once all figs are yours, you have a complete dio - room
but....
I d sell kits of beams & joints separately too, cheap
1 10 x 10 panel - door frame cut
1 10 x 10' panel window cut
to break the ice, and inspire
the beauty is the standard....
in conventions, fans can add - complement each other s bases, cities, manufactures, anything!
shelving figures is so sad when they cry so much for action! ha, ha
roof - defence cardboard panels
panels that have a round cut to rotate turrets - radars
I d go C & C defences, all factions - standard cheap turrets
gattlings, missiles, lasers, cannons, ect
hole and turret bases standard
could be used 'stand alone' since the cardboard panel is 'framed' solid to the ground - stable
do not ask what Hasbro, the community can do for you...
