  • Hi everyone here is my new No Limits creation! Polaris is an Intamin swing launch coaster where I took inspiration from certain elements of Velocicoaster and Pantheon, while combining some of my own. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the ride! I'm open to any feedback on how to improve :)

    you know somebodys a good designer when their designs are original (or even a little wacky) yet realistic. it slugged a little at the very end but its still a dream coaster

    very cool coaster could u do a tut for the swing launch (the switch track part)

    • @nickshbro
      @nickshbro ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey sorry for the delayed response. I actually just downloaded a custom block builder package by @bestdani from Steam Workshop! It's super easy to use. Just download the package and import it into the park you want to use it in. Place near near every block section and fill out the settings on each one. It really helps to name each section before in order. For swing launches, place track triggers when you want the switch track to move (there is an option to use a trigger in the package) Hope this isn't too confusing! please let me know if you have any questions :)

    • @nickshbro
      @nickshbro ปีที่แล้ว

      I placed a trigger right before the switch track and gave it a few second delay in order for the train to pass through before it switches. The second trigger was placed at the top of the top hat so it wouldn't switch back as the train is in reverse.

      For the sensors, I played around with the mounting and offset depending on what type of coaster you are creating. For the launch and brake fins, place near the beginning of launch or brake section and set the name of scenery object to m/sec

      @@SpezyCoasters unfortunately I don’t think so. But for the launch / brake fins, just place at the beginning of the brake or launch section and set the name of the object to the length in meters. Then hide the original brake or transport device. (ex: if the length of the section is 15 meters, just name the object 15)
