@@toura8265 yup, but bronie still need to be switched in at first. And in rare cases if you lose your combo, you switch her again. Sena on the other hand, you CAN'T switch her in, like, at all (except as phantom), else you lose the buff
Well, the tutorial trial teaches the correct cycle. They didn't explain in the tutorial but now we know it's trustworthy to follow it

Well no wonder i couldn't hit the 700+ mark on Raven abyss, I wanted to refresh Coralie buff, so i entered Sena -> Cora QTE to shorten Thelema switch CD, now i know you should never do that

I never knew that you cannot switch in senadina, that probably mightve been the reason ive been taking a long time to do specific realms of battle stages. Thank you for this guide and aswell information about the missing text from senadina buffs!
Thank god theyre adding more player expression to valk rotations. Only so many times you can be "optimal" before its not fun anymore

Honestly, Thelema is one of the funniest valk to play we got in years
She's the 1st valk that's anywhere close to DMC, she basically has the basics of Nero's moveset.

I was a little underwhelmed by Thelema's dmg and I've only just realised it was because I was switching in Senedia to trigger her QTE, not realising it removes the buff. Thanks for explaining!

I'm an f2p player but i managed to fully-geared every astral valk so far.The trio in v7.3 is pretty much attainable if you spend every crystal you have on their banners which I did. As for Thelema, i lucked out. Just tried pulling since there is a discount for the first 10 pulls and i got her. And with full gear guarantee on 60 pulls, i managed to get everything.

I love Part2 valks and teams. They have a lot of combo and rotation variations you can pick and chose from. Gameplay is more dynamic and interesting as well.
She completely revitalized the gameplay for the game for me. First valk I actually S2ed because I love her sm. Still need to get Senadina though, but I will do it for HER. Maintaining redlotus is still meh for me, but mostly because of fire weather. (I dont have fu hua fire chicken)
Well I finally got Thelema and her weapon after 130 pulls (still less than my horrendous HoRb pull that cost me 200+ pulls for 4/4 S0...) so I guess it's time to save for hopefully Lantern or Helia's replacement (still no Helia weapon :( ). Really want Lantern since I skip FoV (leaving me with no good Fire DPS since Sirin sucks on FoV content) but that's for the RNG to determine. If I can't get her then I just cope with HoF.

I find that rotation-wise as thelema dps, she kinda wants her ult to be available at the start of stellar outburst. It's possible to get 2 ults when used immediately after using 1 phantom support. Combined with the timestop, you effectively get an extra 6 seconds with all the buffs active rather than only 3.
Thats the rotation I run, AS into shadows then ultimate then moment of indulgence rotations, since the extra time stop towards the end provides enough time to get more moments of indulgences cast before end of AS, I wonder if there's a reason that it's not mentioned in this guide

didn't the combo atk gives the ele breach buff, so the ult should be getting higher dmg right?

can i ask you if after a character go inside battle pass after how much time get a rerunn banner ? I mean i reach 80/100 on durandal Pe , so i tilted becouse wasting 32 core for 20 pieces is insane . Last time durandar is in rate up ?

How important is Sonque especially if you have 4* Elysia and Kiana elf? Since at the end you stated how s2 can be a more worthwhile investment that sounds like it’s not that big of a difference but I don’t want to assume.
I didn't even want her but I got her in the discount pull and oh my god I think she's the best valk we got in years in terms of fun factor. She's really fun to play with, I keep doing universal mirage just to have an excuse to use her

i literally came back at the unluckiest time right after senadina's supply.. i got thelema's full gear, but it seems like i wont be getting senadina nor her gear in a week.
a question though... should i just save crystals until another senadina rerun? ngl i think im kinda having a rough time in some areas rn since thelema is my only full gear valkyrie, all my other valkyries dont have weap/stigma, that's why im uncertain if i should save or pull...

senadina is the most important valk in p2..with her and even her A rank team you can cover almost all content

I want to roll for Thelema, already have Sena but I didn't get her weapon and I am very close to the guarantee, should I prioritize Sena's weapon or roll for Thelema and her weapon. I am not really interested in lantern.

How permanent is losing the senadina support buff? Do you get it back after swapping off of her? The reason why I ask is because people have been using Thelema team for Kevin boss and swapping to senadina be a sub dps to trigger his shield. Are they just permanently eating the lost in buffs to successfully brute force mechanics or are they getting it back in some way?
It's gone forever if you switch her in. Sena lead better for Kevin in my experience

As a full gear SS2 HoR haver, really questioning whether to pull Thelema or not.
I do have full Sena team geared. Saved during all 6.* patches, so currently 40k crystals = 140 pulls.
I kinda need Fire DPS, cuz Sirin's bosses are rarely on the menu. But still, Lantern's best team is with both Sena and Thelema, no chance for me to get both. And I already find myself in Agony (😂) as often as in RL, while in 6.* RL was my comfy place.
Plz help me choose, which one to pull.Or maybe I should continue saving?

One thing I haven't seen in any guides: what do you do after stellar burst ends with Thelema DPS?
Sena's buff will be refreshed, but Coralie's buff will have run out.
Do you use the full uptime of Sena's buff without Coralie's, or do you switch to Coralie to reapply her buff at the cost of some of Sena's buff uptime?
For the longer stages you don't finish in one rotation I've been kinda confused.
Repeat the [Before Stellar Outburst] sequence. Coralie comes in and does her hammer

Can I ask is thelema can buy in shop and her stig in Craft I don't want waste my crystal for gacha I reserve in next patch
Thelema's battlesuit can only be pulled through the gacha system and you can't outright buy it like a war treasury valk such as Miss Pink Elf or Jade Knight.
Her stigma can be crafted but her weapon can only be pulled through gacha like her battlesuit.

Got her when counter reached 6 pulls left only to see him say "if you cannot guarantee weapon, i dont recommend pulling thelema"
This is completely counterintuitive, so I have to ask for confirmation:
Repeating "3xBasic - WeaponT - 3xBasic" or "3xBasic - WeaponT - WeaponH" actually results in more damage than including a CA at any point, despite abandoning the +90% extra attack multiplier that CA adds to Moment of Indulgence? Is this correct?
Or is it that the skill description is mistranslated, and the +120% from 3xBasic and +75% from Weapon can be stacked multiple times per MoI? That's the only way I can think of which would make any sense of the above.

In the guide it states that thelema takes priority over lantern, but is lanterns weapon a must pull like thelemas? If so id rather just pull 7.6 and bruteforce with FoV tbh. Thankyou for the helpful guide

The hell is up with this "can't switch to Sena or you permanently lose buffs" thing? Sounds like a bug, or a *really* bad game mechanic decision. At this point, they at least should've blocked Sena from being able to enter the field like it's done in the Stellar Outbutst, to avoid accidental swaps that would ruin your run. But oh well, that explains to me why my Thelema felt kinda mid compared to Sena DPS, as i was using Sena after Coralie to trigger Thelema's QTE. Thanks for the very nuanced and detailed guide. You also opened my eyes to the fact that i can actually get an additional Rondo in the Shadow buff after the Sena's one has expired. I thought that it applied just once during the Stellar Outburst and there was no point in switching from Sena's shadow to the other.
So what now when playing all future Wheelchair Valks of Destiny with Sena as a support we can't switch her in at all ?! That's stupid !
But if Sena is the leader and Dimitresku or Lantern or Coralie is the resonance attacker then Sena's buff won't activate also ?

I may have read your question differently.
So the answer is only when Sena is supporting AR Wheel of Destiny, you dont want to switch sena in.
As dps, the buff doesnt matter because it the support part is only active in AR Wheel of Destiny.
When Sena is dps, she’s using AR World Star

Actually there are some more buffs. I only listed the ones that are specifically new that are unlocked with the new subskill.
Weapon
- When Astral Ring system is active, all enemies on the field take 16% more Elemental DMG.
- Enemies take 4.0%/8.0%/12.0% more Total DMG from weapon skill (independent & exclusive).
Stigma
- Team weapon skill gain Elemental DMG +20%
- Bot: When Astral Ring 'World Star' is active, outside Stellar Outburst, enemies take 25% more Elemental DMG from characters with Domain Resonance tag.
hi, ive been playing since part 2 and dont have much yet, so what do I do for a ice Thelema team, when my Sena team is locked ?
You wait for more valks to get added over time so you can make two AR teams
If you're talking about Arena, just split them, you dont need full team
- one boss use sena
- one boss use thelema
- one boss use coralie helia
@@MarisaHonkai oh I see, got it ! i do have some part 1 characters, but i dont have them with their wepons and stigmata's so they're really weak, especially physical, i have sentience but not her weapon and stigmatas. so I can just force bosses even when theyre resistant to my part 2 characters element ?

Most people suggest to not pull for her if you can't get her weapon, save for the end of arc valk instead, she will probably be very meta.
No, her weapon is very important, can consider it as 50% of her. You can’t use her without weapon

9.8/10 for me, I want parry mechanics in her gameplay, seeing Raven parry my attack make me lost my mind
based on experience, Thelema relies heavily on Sonque. without Sonque her astral ring charge takes forever and basically just lost a huge amount of score, esp in Nirvana

As you mentioned that choosing thelema from thelema vs lantern pull i get it but what if the future 7.6 valk needs both thelema and lantern as it's exclusive support??? These back to back s ranks and strong co-dependancy between them is hurting a lot as a low spender/f2p
