I just don’t understand how a company can purchase two successful businesses and completely turn them to crap in such a short time. I want to want my boxes back, but I just don’t see that happening with this “new” Ipsy. 😢
My feeling about Ipsy/Boxycharm is Meh. Not excited. I know I picked out my items but yet again the choices are Meh. For that price they should really bump it up. Like I said Meh. I don't know how much longer I'm going to stay with Meh.

I canceled my subscriptions last year because I am still stocked up on everything and trying to use up all of the products that I’ve received over the past few years. However, I still have access to Ipsy shopper and can still shop products I want at the discounted prices! I’m good with that. Unfortunately, it was never the same after Joe left Boxycharm

As a boxycharm & Ipsy member for all subscriptions for both companies before & after they merged, for over 5 years I’m very disappointed how they always seem to be “sold out” of their inventory!! At the moment I’m missing my NOVEMBER glam bag with add ons. The glam bag never shipped out from their warehouse. Now the add ons are sold out so they refunded me which pissed me off. I truly wanted the products I ordered. I’m Currently waiting for the replacement November glam bag. Oh and this is NOT the first time they do this with the add ons to me, it’s almost every month something or a few things are missing from add ons. I always go all out but get disappointed when my package comes unfortunately. Sorry for the long rant. Ipsy needs to do BETTER!! Lastly I’m obsessed with that ABH mascara at first I had 1 from add ons a while ago, and this month I ordered 3 for the boxycharm and 2 with the glam bag lol. It’s funny how you said it happens almost every month with a couple of items missing… SAME with me!! And I just signed up September 23, they keep sending me my box with missing items then say it’s sold out but then I hit the shopping window some time after and there it is, it’s not sold out- they are pissing me off with this!
2 months ago they sent me a totally incorrect glam bag. All 5 items were incorrect. My add ons were correct. I used the bot. It was really easy. They responded overnight (I'm EST). They immediately authorized the correct bag, Sent me a tracking number and told me to keep the incorrect bag. I was totally happy!
I am not too happy with Boxycharm I got my box and not only am I missing my boost item but my whole box was nothing I picked. So frustrating when they raised the price and lowered their standards.
I was so mad this month, I was missing my rem palette in my box and then the next day I got one of the black Friday orders I placed.....GIRL I GOT 3 EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!! 3 Different things that were expired, like clearly printed on the products. One that expired at the beginning of November (that had been made Nov 2020) and 2 that were expired back in September. Just disgusting.
Do they refund you when sent expired products if you reach out? I got an expired lippy(the thing smelled horrible) but I just tossed it and took the L.
I like Ipsy, but i got my box on Saturday evening and this makes the third month an item was missing. They have replaced everything in a timely manner the last two months, so i hope they send me my missing item this month in a timely manner.

Good luck getting a replacement. It’s always tricky getting the correct thing. Like my Natasha denona bronzer palette saw broken when I got it and they said oh we got you and we are sending you a replacement…. They sent me a complex culture blush palette. It was not even close to being a comparable product! I was so pissed! Like what the actual f!ck was that crap!! They said they were sending me a replacement not a “comparable replacement” and that wasn’t even close!
I knew you could show us how to do a good look with that Principessa palette. I really wanted Midnight Snack, but nope... not I. I've been scouring the internet trying to find a good look with this palette but you're the one.
Oddly I have had rather good luck with their customer service. I didn’t even bother emailing about my item that had a broken sucky uppy thingy though. Twice I have had bags sent to my address with other names and I emailed asking how to send them back so they could contact the customer who’s name was on it and get correct address and they told me to just keep it *shrug*

But I also purchased every mystery bag offered for Black Friday/ Cyber Monday and also over $500 in misc Ipsy shop products. The 2.99 and 3.99 deals were stellar… I WAS SO PUMPED WAITING FOR MY MASSIVE AND GUGE ORDERS COMING. HOWEVER… as I started getting orders things were missing. Things were broken. Things weren’t right. Every order was messed up. Customer service replied but it was almost an automated reply. We are sorry. This is not how we operate and your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Except it was every dang order! They couldn’t correct anything. They were out of everything. I got replacement points but I have plenty of them. It’s crazy. Now they don’t even reply to me. I have been sent a couple of what is referred to as “ accommodation “ orders which are basically a free eyeshadow brush. It’s just frustrating. I would cancel membership but I took the bait and subscribed for annual membership to save money. May have been dumb

Oh my goodness Yari! Absolutely gorgeous 🤩🤩🤩! I am intrigued about the under eye corrector. I have the primer coming in my box so I can’t wait to try it. I’m more on the dryer side as well so I think it will be great for my skin 🤞. I also have the Eleman beauty lip duo coming and I’m excited 😜 for it especially seeing it in you now. I wish I could have gotten that REM Beauty palette. That is the one I would have chosen. Red is also my fav colour and those shadows blended very well on you. Now that palette is on my radar lol. Hopefully it shows up in the shop or the add ons next month lol. I’m curious as to what item you are missing 🤔! I never got my November glam bag, they make you wait 15 business days before you can contact them and my add ons and stuff were all out of stock. They sent a random replacement bag that’s not here yet either. I think their shipping and warehouse is really struggling lately. Disappointing with the prices increasing.
Love how yr hair looks! Makeup looks fabulous! Love yr items on you! Contacting Ipsy is pain. I always used Facebook messenger w/Ipsy. Or IF messenger. They got back to me fast that way. I hated using using the bot. Just a suggestion for yr missing item. Just explain which item which item was missing & a pic of yr box w/the Tracking #. They reach back much faster that way. Hope u get yr missing item. TFS! U look gorgeous! ❤❤

I had to cancel because the stress of almost every box missing items was really draining me. Plot Twist: I also receive their PR as an influencer on Insta and TikTok. I emailed the incubator program not to renew my participation in January with the new quarter. I just cannot advocate for this company anymore.

Have to say if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have known or have taken the chance buying the Gerard clean canvas I have tried almost all Eyeshadow Primers and Gerard Cosmetics Clean canvas is the best!! I will never use something else again unless it's free or a gift lol I think it's worth it at it's price and also it's available on Amazon so thats convenient too!!! I agree my ofra bronzer was broken last month. They sent me an ABH cream replacement but the wrong shade.
