@@Hibiscus12373yupp Also , it depends sometimes either it's for 1 year or the hostel management asks you about the ending date of your course or maybe the expected date of your exam and then make a contract till that date , like in my present hostel , I shifted here in August and I have the contract till June 2024
Yes so they didn’t gave me the security money instead they were asking for more money in the name of maintenance charges but I didn’t gave them. And in the new hostel i gave 14k security.
It’s good hostel but some issues are there like no sunlight form anywhere it’s all so much packed and suffocated. Also the electricity bill even if you use minimum ac or fridge your bill will be around 3-5k. And it’s over rented. And the wifi doesn’t works well it gets disconnected every hour. The hostel I’m currently living everything is almost similar even much better rooms and environment not such rush.
There was no source of sunlight, neither I was productive there since 5 months also the rent & my electricity bill was smtng around 4-5 every month. So much expenses that’s why I got a better option.
No they didn’t refunded security of 15k as they have rules that if we leave the hostel in between of 12 months then they won’t refund. So I didn’t messed up with them but they also asked me to pay electricity which was 3k and 2k for room maintenance 😂 Hotels just want to take money from you in any way of source. But I didn’t gave the extra 2k they were asking .
