  • Since it does not say clearly in the Torah that we need to pray and also three times a day, where do we find that this is a commandment from the Torah? and why three times a day? and what is the point of praying?

I was suffering from PTSD and bipolar disorder. I barely had energy to speak. I made myself pray twice a day and after months I am off my medication and have tons of energy. Thank you Rabbi. You inspired me to move to Israel, your videos changed my life. I can't wait to see your lectures one day in person.

Dear Rabbi Alon Anava. Thank you for great sermon I've been praying for month and more fasting everything begging you name it for
Gds divine mercy and grace as for some reason I got a awful verdict which is really awful I don't want to say it. Praying continually to keep on living a healthy life long life and prosperity I get the same awful answer ...I don't know what to do ...I keep asking like your child I want blessings in my life not the other ....I'm frightened now ....realizing I need to be more holy in everything I do thought word deed
I want to live continually healthy not die I respect my body don't drink smoke or eat junk I pray many times a day and listen to many sermons to get a clear picture of attitudes and bad habits of thinking I need to change ..please Rabbi pray with me thank you

Dear Rabbi Alon Anava. Thank you or all your very inspiring and informative lectures I'm still struggling with this situation of a decree this time came in stronger and I don't understand as I'm praying each day fasting each day one meal mostly sometimes two I fasted Yom Kippur do good deeds as best I can I m a senior of 73 I try to eat healthy Hashem doesn't seem to be happy with me as Hashem has let me know s upset with me and has given me a awful decree I've been praying I don't know exactly what is expected of me I'm not on any medication I don't smoke drink etc I'm asking Hashem that I want to continue to live healthy and my husband too with this pandemic I haven't been too helpful with my husband but doing my best suggesting to him to ask for assistance when he needs to do things he got to do these things now as I we are both old I'm skiing you dear rabbi to pray for me as you are closer to Hashem he will listen to you and lift this decree from me my prayers are with you family and community amen 🙏

On Psalms 119:164 mentions seven times a day instead of three, why?
