it only seemed to have a few inches of water. Our deep well is in sand, and water was over the head of our labourer when we stopped digging. We had a water pump emptying water to allow us to dig deeper. We dropped what they call here culverts here into the well . We placed one on top of the other and sealed the join. They the labourer kept digging under the culvert to drop it deeper and deeper. We can draw 2,000 litres before the well dries, and it refills rather quickly. I hope you have plenty of water to use for your project. We recently bought a Php7000 gasoline powered water pump from Lazada, and its very strong, drawing 1000 litres and filling our water tank on a high tank stand in 4 minutes, much faster than the generator powered pump we used before. We are in Palawan. All the best, regards Mal
We have a lot of water now. We had to dig 2-3 more. Now its around 16-17 feet deep ( around 5 meter) . We offered to buy a pump for the family but they don’t want. They just take it up when the need it. There is no water from the city so they only have the deep well.
@@DC1FAMILY I bought a cheap 220 volt pump for P2500 for watering my very big garden. It works fantastic, then you only need hoses and clamps for really strong flow. Let me know if you need details. Maybe they are shy to ask, but its a fantastic little pump.
@@cheapreviews4691 Quote price was 40, 000 pesos labour, plus a few thousand for steel bars, cement and PVC pipes, foot valve. Use of their water pump for emptying the excess water from the pit allowing us to dig further was included.
@@cheapreviews4691 We can certainly do our own next time now that we know what to do. Labour is cheap here as you know. 2 of our labourers assisted which sped up the process.
For safety precaution. The deep well should have holding stone to climb incase you trapped inside and cover for prevention from children to get inside but overall this was a great video. Thank you for sharing it.
I'd make a metal rebar cage for the top so kids can't climb and fall in. Could also make a pulley wheel as well for hauling water up, if you don't install a pump.

Deep Well. Wow. Lot of work.
Yes but nice to have.
It should have a submersible 12 volts DC water pump and use the solar panel as shed maybe I think 300 watts panel it's enough and small plastic tank.
Congrats there's a lot of water!
Wow amizing
Where are you guys located in the Philippines?

Hello sir, could you help me out with my deep well project?
yes i can try
How much water does it produce daily and how deep? I thought you said 13 feet but it looks deeper.
A lot of water, but we have to dig deeper sometimes when it runs out.
The hole city has of lot of problems finding water.

Why make the inside of the well concrete?
See I told you when you said hi to chat on her birthday live blog that was me Mike
Hi Michael 😊✋
Very good deep well. But in Northeast India our deep well is 80 to 100 feet.
But it is not safe specially to childrens
our deep well is over 300 feet xD
This is a shallow well
This is not a "deep well".
