4:32 - for me now this is the best "jumpscare". It doesn't kill you, it gives feelings. Not only because it causes goosebumps and scares the hell out of you, but also makes you feel guilty. Like you're Doug Houser who killed his own family and now you have to pay for it
TBH the scariest stage in my opinion is Deadly Decadence. You've gotta watch your back and turn around a lot just to avoid the guys, and it's hard when you have other things to do like collecring the shards.
