    Always work on data in official Excel tables. It is very handy. You will not have the blank in the pivot table + many other helpful functionalities

    AC 3.1 question is written unclearly and is prone to confusion, in reality there are two questions to answer, not 4, as you can't have the same way to measure financial and non-financial performance, since it is a a quantitative vs qualitative method.
