Productivity and efficiency are synonymous terms while productivity is usually used to tell the efficiency of an entire manufacturing system or any system, efficiency can be used to tell about a single machine or an entire production,service or any sort of sector.
Effectiveness on other hand is related to the effect of changes
/modifications made in any systems either those changes will inc productivity we will say it is effective or other case ineffective.
