That was such an awesome setup! There were just so many cool ideas and so much creativity throughout every inch of the project. My favourite moments from the project would have to be the boat toppling the field at 0:20, the trick with the sleeping bag, the ending sequence with the mountains and of course the world record Heck wall. Also I think it's great how this event provides an opportunity for younger builders to participate, as it can otherwise be very difficult to do so if you've not built at one before. Great job to all of the builders, keep up the good work! :D

Thanks! I really like the community aspect of it. It’s great to see parents coming to support their children’s interests, and to provide domino experience for any skill level.

Thanks! We were all pretty excited about the Heck wall. It was one of the first major elements finished, so we got to enjoy looking at it for a few days.

This is fantastic! It's cool watching how the objects make the dominoes move. I loved hearing the excitement from the crowd too! Great job!

Wonderful event!! Really beautiful design and layout. It almost gave me a heart attack though that you did some of those risky projects WITHOUT A BACKUP LINE, but since you have many experienced builders in your team I suppose that must have been a deliberate stylistic choice, or maybe you were running out of dominoes? Very strange to see. Too bad it came just so close to still making it all the way through!
Two other tips: the absolute highlight of the falldown, the heck wall, should be the finish; and for the edited video, stick to the audio track of *one* camera and overlay that with the different video angles.
Can't wait to see your future events, this was amazing!

Thanks! It was a fun event. Yeah, a bit cavalier of us to not have backup lines. If our complexity continues to grow we’ll definitely want them next year.

Yeah, I don’t think we realized what a hit the Heck wall would be, otherwise we might have resequenced it. But seriously, how could we not end the show with air cannon confetti? But we didn’t have enough time to fill it with as much confetti as we wanted. Anyway, lots of big splashy elements this year.

@@paullovesdominoes The cannon confetti was a great ending too 🙂

Hey I have a challenge make a domino cube but let it be about 10 to 15 layers high but very wide so it covers a whole square

The end of this video th-cam.com/video/IKrR8eXPY74/w-d-xo.htmlsi=9V0x3sI69sZcUw_6 is similar to what you’re asking for. The base was about 4x4 feet.
I have plans for a very large cube in the near future.
