In regard to the aero-bridge, I just purchased Legacy II bars from Profile Design. I just made one out of a plastic electrolyte tab tube as seen elsewhere on TH-cam - search for Robbie Ferri it will come up. I have an aero-bridge for Garmin at the lower end of the bars and needed something for my quad-lock - personally not tested yet it feels rock-solid. Given the awkwardness of aero bars might be worth exploring?

I’m glad you got the TT bike sorted she looks good. Carbon assembly phase is the only thing I can think of that’s not a total bodge. You are just so far out with those D2z bars.

The cage is an X-lab gorilla and the mount is a Tacx mount that I've superglued the s*** out of :D

Not sure to be honest! I'd estimate around 9kg without bottles etc, it's not light, but it doesn't matter too much on the flatter courses
