About the first clip of Tamaki, this is not even the weirdest thing she has said or done, she is a being of real chaos, no one can predict the cat, it goes as far as that there exist even a manual of how to interact with her, and the funny thing is that there is examples that validate it, its just nuts what she can do, just for an example, imagine her singing for 14 straight hours Nyancat, and even then roping others to sing with her and all, or celebrate a sub milestone on stream by going to sleep and let another of your vtuber mates do the stream for you
