I love it when you take to the streets of San Fran! That Stories LP is a fave of mine and I love Brother Louie even tho at the time the song wasn’t their usual fare and you are correct it was added to the album later. Wow great find on that We the People! Great garage rock! Among my faves in 60’s garage! I love how you experiment with differing editing techniques! I think Michael Nesmith also had something to do with the advent of MTV His involvement in creating the music video concept precedes MTV if I remember right. ✌️👽
When I arrive is a fave, I forgot about that track. Not sure what comp that was even on...one of those Pebbles/Nuggets comps likely. I also had no idea of the Cowboy connection, I have 5'll getcha Ten here. Also, wowzers on the Odetta score! Did you catch her set at HSB back in 2008? Legendary, it was one of her last before she passed a few months later. I was working that year so I got to say hi to her! Cheers!
