~ This is Solutions Architecting ~
Starting with the end in mind and addressing the problem domain, which leads into ROI/Value Proposition.
Designing and purposefully talking about the life-cycle of the solution, the “how you get there”, (inception to completion and back around again). Which is no more or less important than the:
    - Frontend user experience
    - Build (technology used)
    - Implementation (platform built on)
    - DevOps (continuous integration)
    - And so on...
    Well done Siraj!

Insanely awesome video. Except I had my first ocular migraine in the middle of watching it just before the flask part. Oh, I'm sure I'll watch it several times and perhaps give the whole thing a run through to get some experience doing something like what you did. By the way, Andrew Ng, who you mentioned, actually worked on some neural net to identify about 14 illness in the lungs including some kinds of pneumonia, and there was also a kaggle competition related to that.
One thing that interests me in this is that I lost some close friends and family to some female forms of cancer--cervical and breast cancer, and because of that, and the fact one of my very close cousins had a bout with it a couple years ago, I carry around some pain in my heart. I hate cancer. I watched a video on Farrah Faucet Majors and her documentary on the end of her life from cancer where it went into her liver. I would really love to see this disease go away for good if possible, but early detection can help save lives, too.
But the whole thing about building a startup really gets me excited.

I often think is intelligence like intersecting circles, that are triggered on and off, like when I hear a word. To be smarter I might need bigger circles that stay switched on for longer to work together and make new links and feedback each other . Maybe each circle is an entire network that is really good at solving just 1 medical problem. What about app an app that keeps adding more solution circles, like an artificial intelligence doctor that can be trained, like the doctor is playstore and the apps are each ai problem. The more solutions added the smarter the ai doctor gets. Maybe first focus on solving individual problems and then find an ai solution that can view all the solutions to be a more general ai doctor

So having done a little bit of analysis of his videos ( i may need to analyze a bit more) titled "Watch me build", "I built", "Build an" etc, I found that he isn't actually coding stuffs. Rather gathering source codes from GIT, stackoverflow(maybe), Vendors of certain application or tool like some vendor providing access to their API code for integration and similar sources. Then connecting them together to "Build" his product.
Maybe adding HTML tags like @29:59, damn the boy is so happy there..
Just to set a perspective, this channel is totally opposite of what the youtube channel named "
    The Coding Train" does.

Med related startups will never be able to get data for training. It’s a private data. And don’t forget gpdr ☝🏻

    Doing business in Russia
    - Opening of the small cafes (mobile or permanent) inside or near subway stations in St. Petersburg.
For instance, if people want to have some coffee near metro on their way to or back from work? Such café are really scarce. Is it a business opportunity? The flow of visitors is huge! St. Petersburg is home to about 5 million people.
    - Beer
Where is the wide range of original imported beers? Why the number of foreign brand breweries is so small? The demand is huge!
    - Large zoos
Open space zoos with animals are kept almost “in the wild” should be established in Russia!?! For instance, in Russia we do not have such zoological gardens as Swedish Kolmaden. Such zoos in the vicinity of megacities like St. Petersburg or Moscow would have attracted a large number of visitors.
    - Real Estate
Current price of land in Leningrad Region fell by 10-12% compared to the past 4 years level. One can buy it and build houses to earn 30-35% profit.

So you are just running other's code on your computer using the instructions they have given. What code did you write? And what's there to learn? How to run other's code on your computer?
