You can rent a server and run a proxy on the there. Like I said in the video I don't recommend using a public proxy. If you really want to use one then you can Google for the term "public proxy" or "open proxy". Again we recommend against using a public proxyserver since the owner of the proxyserverwill be able to read the data that is send through it. There is a video in the pipeline for a proxy tool that allows you to quickly setup a proxy on a server.
You have to have a proxy to connect to. I used proxify because i wanted to show a locally run example. There are other proxies that can be run if you want to host someting more robust. Proxychains can connect to any socks or HTTP proxy.
