Do you wedge after the palatal shells are in place to obtain proximal contacts or do contact spontaneously occur due to post op palatal tooth movement? I imagine that increased buccal thickness results in a palatal force vector from increased lip pressure. Nice work!
I placed wedges and performed proximal contacts immediately , but I tried to place canine guidance during lateral excurtions . Secondly shortened incisal lenghts for the same reason. Thanks ..
