If you had walked a little further into that closet full of fur coats you would have ended up having tea with a fawn you met at a lamppost...
Cute. Great books/ movies
Brilliant.Really laughed.
That's brilliant, I'm surprised I didn't think of it myself. I loved the Narnia series when I was a kid, they were my favourite books.
lol
Absolutely thought the same thing !!!!
As a vintage fashion collector and dealer, this is like uncovering Tutankhamuns tomb.
I feel like there was a lot more value there than the $10K but would it have been difficult for someone that doesn’t trade in clothing to market and sell that collection?
You must be coming out of your skin.
@@michaeloleary6035 Yes it would for many reasons. A big one is the time spent doing research on all of these clothes to find market values, sorting and cleaning all of these clothes which many will need dry cleaning and furriers, then finding the right market and buyers. A huge task even for someone like Mark. There is a lot more than 10 grand worth of clothes but there's also a lot of time and money spent to get the clothes then getting them ready to sell. You would also need a huge space for this many clothes.
I know I was finding myself wishing the clothes guy was filming it all! I no where near wear a small but love all those fashions. This woman reminds me of my Aunt Millie who was that way, she was changing residences from Fla. To Missouri and stored a lot of her boxes in our basement. I would go through and dig out beautiful long flowing gold lame' house jackets and beaded gowns, my friends and I would put on plays in the basement and use Aunt Millie's hoard for our coustumes... ah..memories.
@@gigicostlow4414 Based on what you've seen so far, how much do you think it's all worth?
I can only speak for myself of course, but this new hoarder series has been awesome. Lots of fun and some great finds
You can speak for me too it is awesome
I must agree, very addicting
Totally I get so excited when I get the notification!
I agree. I have been working on Christmas presents and watching each one. I'm a designer and those clothes are awesome.
@@Cherivillberg I just can't wrap my head around all the clothes and esp. the furs! Holy moly
Damn, Mark got the best deal out of this whole situation.
He for sure made good money on all that vintage clothing since it’s comming back in style for the younger crowd
Alex the piece you did at the start with the Polaroids of the lady and her house in their prime was very touching 👍🏼.
Be nice to frame a couple as a shop memento of her and her history?
What a great idea!
I was so wowed! As you said, touching.
I thought so too.
Yes agree it was very nice
Agreed...nice touch.
I keep thinking, 10 grand for all the clothes n shoes, purses was a steal.
It's bugging me. I am so curious what it's all worth.
Yeah it hurts🤣🙈
If one were to take the time to sort and clean and process , probably over $200,000 for there was literally over 10,000 articles of clothing and shoes...most of which is vintage premium designer.
Man. The gut that bought that for $10k should give another $10k. He got the bargain of the century.
So is the ability to not have to deal with it
Alexander, that photo montage showing the owner in the rooms was a very nice touch, as was your speaking to the caller regarding the owner.... classy as always.
Loved the photos comparing them and now!
what was the time marker on this?
Great to see how it was and that beneath everything nothing has really changed.
Literally this montage with the pictures is so amazing!! So heartfelt, I love that
That’s so sad that a friend didn’t know she had passed and was still trying to call her. Very 😞
This happened to me once. Later I heard accidentally what happened to her from a college.
As a flight attendant we have many colleagues that we don’t see on a daily basis. It was a coincidence that I had to work with a friend of my passed away college and discovered the sad news. It was a shock.
I came to comment the same thing. Poor Alex, what a conversation to have with a total stranger. I'm sure he handled it perfectly though, he seems such a gentleman. :)
@@carmenm.4091 I’m so sorry 😞
I think it was heartwarming rather than sad that she had friends like that, both the one who called and the new friend who answered the phone. With covid, calling friends you haven't heard from in a couple years can be...difficult. No obit online, so....
Possibly a tellemarketer!
BRAVO!!!!
The intro to this episode was brilliant and mesmerizing, and quite frankly very moving with your homage to the great lady, the before and after pics made me tear up, really classy of you ALEX.
Mark and Paul made out like "BONNIE and CLYDE", with this $10,000 dollar deal.
I was expecting you telling Melissa about the Silver Barre before she left and watching her eyes pop out!!!
I truly believe that lady's spirit is with you and so happy YOU are fixing the mess she left behind with such respect and HONOR. In this fantastic series, the great lady of this house will have in the afterlife a continuation of the celebrity status she so enjoyed tremendously in her life on Earth.
ALL THANKS TO YOU ALEX!!!
$10k is a STEAL for all these clothes.
@@12NeeLynn The steal is the accessories purses, bags, etc some are hot names on the market today. Shoes in size 5 are for the rare person. Size 0 -4 are tiny.
Wow! Beautifully said
And so very true
He got his 10 K in just that rack of furs. Hope he offers Alex a little more.
MrQbenDanny may be worth 1/3 the value because most is small and vintage small is VERY small. BUT would love to see what is in those boxes.

They are each quite entertaining by themselves. LOL Have you seen the Hans wiggy merch?

I hope Mark starts a TH-cam channel featuring all the inventory he purchased. That would be so exciting to see all the different styles of clothing, etc., I'm amazed how anyone could own so much. Well maybe not I did help clean out a hoarder home once and it was almost as bad as this one. The lady too was elegant and had great taste. It was fun and sad at first cleaning out her home, but after awhile I was repulsed and couldn't wait to get the job done. There were dead skeletons of mice under things in the basement, first floor, part of the home. She had lots and lots of beaded dresses, custom and expensive real jewelry in which I boxed up and shipped to her 90 year old mother who lived in New York city. The old lady surprised me by sending me back a huge gold nugget made to wear on a chain and antique white gold and diamond earrings with screw backs. I was so shocked she did that - I actually cried. Had I known about TH-cam I could have filmed it as well. We had a huge garage sale in the end, gave friends and family the opportunity to come by first and surprisingly they weren't greedy. The house was very nice when we got it all clean out.The mother said I and my daughters could have anything I wanted but I was really chosey as I didn't want to fill my house up with stuff and I still don't - I don't want my grown children to have to to through tons of stuff. I've become more of a minimalist these days. It's still exciting to watch this series. I now really interested in the lady who owned this home.
Between my Spouse and I, we each have two hoareders in our families. My spouse had to clean out one of the hoards in his family, and thankfully it was a small home.. but where other places have mice, Texas has roaches. Think Indiana Jones walking on the crunchy floor. The other hoarder in spouse's family, the kids rented an entire commerical dumpster, larger than the one Alex has in this project. They were warned to check everything since the grandma didn't trust banks, my inlaws discoverd she had $5K hiding under the liner of her ironing board! She used sliver dollars as drapery weights. Sadly, most of the true family heirlooms, photos and keepsakes were destroyed, since they were on the bottom.
I've also cleaned a hoarder house. A lot of trash and grossness underneath the boxes upon boxes, and bags upon bags, of often brand new, unopened, purchases of high end goods. Sadly, she moved into a smaller home, only to wash, rinse, repeat. I dread to think what her home will be like in another 25-30 years, when she inevitably passes. She was pulling GARBAGE out of trash bags while I was cleaning and hauling it to the road!! I feel for her children. Their rooms were clean, tidy. The rest of the house, though...Let me just say, I wish masks had been more widely used then.
Nice comment, thanks for posting it,
Yes! I want to see more of the clothes they find! I love this kind of treasure hunt, despite my own experience...
My parents-in-laws were hoarders and it was NOT a fun adventure to clean out their house after they passed. Unfortunately they never had much money, so most of it wasn't worth keeping since it was cheap to start with and there was a decades-long rodent and bug infestation that ruined the rest. It saddened me to my core to see a lifetime basically hauled off to the dump. My husband and his 2 brothers sold the place, but the weight of the hoard (room upon room stacked to the ceiling!), the rotting trash, and the infestations did so much damage to the structure of the house that it was condemned. They got just 15K for the property to split between them, and the house got demolished. Which is the saddest part because they grew up there and their father said that the house would be the only inheritance he could leave them. It was in a (now) historic part of town that has become very desirable so there are many million dollar properties on the same street! Houses that were built the same year they purchased theirs back in the late 50's as newlyweds.
We bought our first house a year after that ordeal and I got rid of almost everything when we moved! I'm still very minimalist. If something new comes into the house, something old has to leave! We might not be able to leave much for our own kids, but I don't want them to have to go through that too. :(
I believe the clothes will be up on his Etsy stores, he has three that were mentioned about two episodes ago.
You've essentially bought a large vintage clothes shop, my friend...
Why are people accusing Mark of keeping things that aren't his? Why do they think Mark needs to pay Alex more? Alex sold all the clothes for $10,000 sight unseen. What if those boxes had been filled with old bank statements or garbage? Should Mark then be required to refund the $10,000? Alex wanted his investment back. He got it. Mark wanted old clothes. He got them. What's wrong with this business arrangement? How long would it take Alex to sell all those clothes. Where would he put them in the meantime for likely years. How much in cleaning costs? Photographing them, pricing them, describing them. Selling them where? On line? Store front? Everything costs money. This was a much smarter move. Get in, make a profit, get out. Keep working on the plan for 2020-2012. Alex has goals and they don't include selling clothes for the next 10 years.
I agree. Mark has so much work ahead of him.
The only thing i am wondering about is, why Mark didn`t show up with a big car and more people to move everything.
Agree, the time and work going into that ten grand will be just as back breaking as it will be in profit. Honestly, he looks a little horrified and overwhelmed. He has been underestimating the volume since the first tiny truck he came in.
I absolutely agree !! I also have a vintage Etsy store, and I can tell you now that Mark has his work cut out for the next couple of years with this little lot. He paid upfront for the unknown clothing and accessories content of this house. Alex got his original money back with this deal, and at the same time got rid of what would be a huge logistics nightmare for him. Can't i magine why some people are coming down on hard of either of them.
The photos reveal how that dear lady loved her clothes and loved her house, and she must have got great pleasure from them. But, you know what? you’re born with nothing and you can’t take anything with you when you die. How sad she had no one to leave it all to, but here we are from all over the world delighting in viewing her life times collection through the lens on Alex’s phone. She’d be amazed! Thank you Alex - you’re doing amazing work - you’re such a thoughtful guy. Take care of yourself....
Actually in an indirect way she is. Her possessions will go to other people who will love them and enjoy them as well. That’s one of the positives in this situation.
@@sundance81677 I agree, it makes me feel better to know that these things aren’t just all being thrown into a dumpster and will be able to be enjoyed and cherished by others
Exactly my thoughts: we will take with us only the good deeds.
Well said Louise!
Yes I also wish he would do an end video with just interesting pictures and documents found about her life. I'm sure her history alone is very interesting, not just the stuff.
I bet Mark is going to find quite a lot of jewelry tucked away in those boxes when he finally is able to start doing inventory of everything, so even after the eight week clean out is done I imagine you'll still be receiving more treasures!
Alex, my heart almost stopped when I saw the lady with the birds painting. I have a painting of the same lady on velvet that was my grandmother's. She was born in 1892 and won it at a movie theater, as the story goes, when she was about 19. The painting is very large and in its original frame. It's very faided and old so I could never tell what it used to look like completely. I still love it and have it hanging in my living room. I wonder if it is the original .It made my day to see it in color. My grandmother lived in New Brunswick for part of her early life and met my grandfather there. They moved to the states before my mother was born . My mother is now 93 and lives with me and my family. We live in northern NY across the border from Cornwall Ontario. Such a small world. Thank you for sharing and God bless.
That painting also moved me, it was so nice to read your story about a similar piece !
Amazing picture! How interesting that you have the same painting... any idea who the artist is?
That piece is amazing. If you have any info about the artist or the name of the piece, I would appreciate it. I would love to have a print of it.
Also, wonderful story ❤
My goodness! I just can't believe how many beautiful things! It's mind boggling! With all those nice things I'm wondering about all the artwork!
Those photos of her are haunting. Especially considering how much we, the viewers, have learned about her life. I rewound the beginning multiple times. Such a bizarre closeness to her. It's such a lovely tribute to her life. Thanks for that. She's somebody I wouldn't have given a second thought to otherwise, but now, she's kind of immortal.
Parasocial relationships are always strange, and the way Alex builds them between the viewers and the deceased people whose home he sorts out is always on another level. These are not just people we will never meet, but we are somehow getting to know them in the most intimate way.
She looks so familiar in those photos. I have a feeling when Alex reveals her name, we're going to recognize it.
I was also fascinated by the comparison of the old photos to now!
The comparison of then to now was so surreal
Ok. Crazy reveal here. But I have always felt some people have a little more to say from beyond. She appreciated human creativity. Not just via clothing , although that was obviously a passion of hers. We are seeing the beauty she saw in mans creative endevours.
The volume of clothes she had is UNREAL. The pics of her brought tears to my eyes. May she RIP 💜😪
There are more "Papers" UNDER the Middle Drawer of the Pink & Green Desk in the Basement. Also, check on underneath side of drawers for taped envelopes of money, etc.
The picture of the lady with the birds was gorgeous.

I think this house should be called ‘The Fashionista House’. There’s wayyyyyyy more clothing than music it seems like!! Having so much fun watching these episodes!! I love the house, too bad you couldn’t purchase it.
In comments the other day, people had learned who the people were, and one was a musician and one a ballerina... if that's so, then I'm sure Alex is considering doing a reveal after the house is sorted out, like he waited to do with Mary's house.
@@GreenFireflyGirl She was a music teacher
I also think it benefits Alex more calling it what he did, due to him not dealing with clothes. It was a wise business move to "market" the series as such. I don't mean this in any way to be negative.
@@kiaracorpetti5689 She was a ballerina before she became a musician/teacher due to an accident.
How's it a secret. The first video exposed so many clues that led to when Alex got the caddy. In 5hat video his friend talked about the contact being a piano teacher. In the back ground of the same video you can see the drive way. Pine trees and the street In front of the street where they all parked. The car was packed with pinecones same as we seen packed in the attic. Another link was the fashion magazine in the car. Jenny appeared briefly when she came out her back door. L8er she appears when Alex took her for the drive as promised. A quick search for the name you will find her obituary. I searched frame by frame and was able to see the name on the registration and some mail that gave me more than enough info. Alex said his contact rode his bike to the store from jens place so a Google map scan would give you the layout to locate the home. I did not dare reveal all this earlier. I didn't want people to visit the home and perhaps do negative things
I also wanted to say I’m glad that you shared the old photos of her and her home with us too. We are all capable of what her house became...I can only imagine her personality in her prime!
My lungs hurt just watching some of these videos. Might be a good idea to invest in some N95 masks for those ventures into the basement.
Or a big air purifer (with lots of filters) constantly running in the room they are about to work on.
And gloves! It kills me that he rarely wears them.
Yah, mold is a concern.

I had no idea the first few minutes of this video would affect me like it has, I had to pause the video go back and start over. I paused and looked at the pictures then and now. It made me think of the tiny amount of time any of us really have to pursue our happiness, catch it and hold it.
Please tell more of her story.
My eyes are soaked!
That koala bear is made from kangaroo fur. I got one for my birthday in 1965. I do still have it. I buy and sell vintage clothing. My husband and I are watching these videos and are very envious.
The little vignette showing the lovely lady in her beloved house was very sweet. Thank you for sharing the best part with us.
That clothing guy hit the jackpot paying 10K for all that.
The fur coats alone will bring in more than he invested.
Wow!!! Agreed 😃🇦🇺👍✌
Yes, glad it went to a someone with a lifelong passion. I know antique dealers cannot have their hands in too many types of collection, So Alex did the right thing. It would have been tedious to try and sell it for an auction or him. The only problem with having someone come in and access is they may want to buy it. But for Alex to have taken it all to a storage unit and then take all the time from there to try and get maximum dollar would have been insurmountable. The guy who bought will good for a while if he doesn't want to buy anything, which is great. also, for Alex to sit on it may not have been good since no one really knows how bad things may get.
It would of been nice if he hired an 18 wheeler to take clothing out that way Alex could get to the bottom of things and do what he needs to do!
I loved the way you put a face to the house in the beginning video. This was a lady who enjoyed life to it's fullest and made sure she spent her money the way she wanted. Says a lot about her childhood. Glad to see respectful people purchasing a lifetime of living. Nice to see a family owned business being represented with cool friends involved. You represented the Estate well, and as a vintage seller myself, those clothes were a resellers dream! Thank you for sharing this. Blessings from Oklahoma.

Absolutely. I did feel it was a dignified but poignant part of the video. Not to mention the fact that one of her friends (from her former life?) got the bad news of her passing. Once upon a time there was a house in Tasmania owned by an old lady who the family knew had money. When she died they searched high and low no money, so they sold the house. The new owners moved in and begun renovating.
It was when they were stripping the wallpaper that they found the loot.
Tens of thousands of pounds of 5 pound notes were under the wallpaper, stuck to the walls.

Also the before and after photos of the owner. Loved that!!! Makes you wonder about her life, her story, her style. I would have been sooo tempted to politely ask the friend on the phone a bit about her.
That's a tough call, Stacy. The friend or relative who called would have learned such sad, unexpected news that the lady had passed away. I personally would have not wanted to immediately ask questions about the lady's background. Am surprised that the person in charge of the estate did not turn off the phone. Apparently there was no answering service or outgoing voicemail message. Thankfully Alex answered the phone in person and was able to pass along the sad news. That is such a hard task to do, from my own experience after each of my parents died.
He probably didn't want to do it then as the friend would be upset to find out the lady died. Maybe he'll call her back some time and ask. I think he knows quite a bit about her and will tell us eventually but probably isn't now for security reasons. If you notice, he never shows the outside of the house. I think he might be worried that someone will figure out where it is and break in.
also in the pockets of coats or trousers there may be money or valuable jewelry. You need to look at
Wonder if a metal detector would help check the boxes of clothes for more silver and gold
Better to just do a quick check of each box, metal detector will get set off by metal zippers and buttons, but also not set off by stacks of paper money, safer just to use your own eyes and hands to check
Hey, yaaaa
It doesn't work because it goes off on buttons too. And of corse you can read on the display if it's something off value, but it is a hell of a job because you have to check everything. I hope for Alex that Mark is an honest entrepreneur if he finds something.
@@brendaalexander734 Metal detectors can detect gold and silver.
The lady of the house was quite beautiful. You arrived bright and early. Tired and... Oh damn a bar of silver! I'd be dancing naked in the snow! lol!
That would be a fun video!

Those before and after photos are really heartbreaking :(
I hope to have started giving stuff to people before I pass away....or go into a home. I find if I get something new to me give 1 item away. But my ornaments 🤔 those have sentimental connections to me. Its hard. I agree though I hope who goes through whats left behind is respectful.
Thank you for showing respect to the late owner, she's looking down smiling!
I'm absolutely amazed and impressed by how much you and your team have been able to remove from the house. It's no wonder your back is hurting. Please be sure and take care of yourself. You are the star and the emphasis behind everything in this series and more.
You can hear Alex having breathing problems like at Mary's house. Alex, please don't overdo it. Use a respirator when you're in the cellar, please.
Your opening with the music and photos of a time gone by had me in tears. She was so beautiful and her home reflected that beauty. What happened? Mental illness is a snake in the grass that sneaks up behind us and changes the quality of our lives. You made me cry here.
The phone ringing brings a more personal sense to it all..... Makes you look at everything on a more personal note
I think the guy who bought the vintage clothes was so subdued because he knew how much work was ahead of him. Processing and preparing all that new inventory would be daunting.
He knew how much money was ahead - jeans for $300-350...Someone bought one of the leather/fur coats - review said it was great but that it really smelled.
@@momsterous then all the stuff is rotted out; you can wear it once or twice, but then it's just going to fall apart. It's obvious no care whatsoever was taken in keeping this collection in good condition. Pity, but a house ten times the size of this one would be needed to house a collection of this size (and scope.)
I'm betting he was trying to keep his enthusiasm cool to stay professional about the huge score he just landed.
@@coolbreezy2053 lol yeah if it was me I would have to keep a cool face so as not to come off like I was gloating in the face of the guy who at the same time just realized he lost out on the treasure trove.
I did some research on the silver. I wasn't able to find that exact match, but this is actually worth MORE then it's weight in Silver because it's Johnson Matthey and a very early version of the company's silver bar. WHAT A FIND!
@loverlei79 Yeah apparently there were only 250 of the bars made so to have one still intact increases their price !
Whats it worth you think?

@@Jerbod2 No idea whatsoever !
Wow, I think Alex is the first person I’ve ever seen under 50 who can say “this is a Muff” without laughing.
I don’t know how much they cost now, but those bankers boxes used to be expensive, she spent a small fortune just packing the fortune in clothes away!
And...Those fashion mags with the fabric samples are awesome! 😎
Those are very good points. And there were a lot of plastic boxes as well. Heck, there is a fortune in plastic hangers alone. Not that they could be sold now, unfortunately.
This makes me sad. Hoarder situations always do especially. That's her whole life in that house. It's insane how organized things were, the basement especially.
Reminds me that when I die I'll be nothing more than stuff.
That ohine ringing multiple times in these videos. So haunting and so sad. I feel bad for her friend. Calling to check in in her only to find she'd passed. That happened after my mom died also.
"...when I die I'll be nothing more than stuff." So true... It just makes me want to get rid of everything!
@@pw4g492 You are absolutely right on !!!!!
My neighbor across the street died unexpectedly - to me, anyway - and her stuff was thrown heartlessly out in the yard.
I had just been talking to her a day or two before. I picked out something from the pile in the yard to remember her by.
@@pw4g492 : Give it to the homeless.
My aunt brought me a Koala just like that as a gift from Aussie when I was a toddler!
I am Australian and I had one just like it in the 60s. I loved it.
I had one in the UK in the 60s I think the fur was rabbit.
Holy shi....er holy cow lol good catch, I had a few oh fudge moment when I was digging through the toy hoarders place 😁
The beginning of your video is a tear-jerker for real. ❤️
It looks to me as if these people were in the garment business. Maybe dealing in leather and fur. All the furs and skins etc might ha e been sales samples and the boxes of coordinated accessories could have been fashion show boxes.
Thank you for the videos! My husband and I are HOPING that Mark does the right thing and gives you more money. Looks like he got $500,000 worth of vintage clothes! Good luck with everything. Thank you for sharing! Doug and Liz
500,000 worth? You are assuming every piece of clothing will be in great shape and there will be a buyer willing to drop $100 on it. Nope. Sure there will be several good finds but they will take years to sell. Definitely not half a million dollars worth.
I admire you for being a business man and passing on the clothing for what you gave for the entire lot, he's going to make a profit and so are you. That settee in the bedroom may be an original Victorian sofa not a re-pop, makes a difference from 500 to 600 up to 2,000 plus. The desk that had the calendars in the drawer.... there was stuff under the drawer when he pulled it out, didn't know if you saw that or not. Love this series, can't wait for the next part.
I saw it!
all of her money went to clothing. Hollywood designers would love what she had.
I was waiting to see Melissa's reaction to the silver bar. Alex's was fantabulous. I have a feeling Melissa would have been like, "oh, that's nice." And would want to feel the weight of it. Lots of fun.
I have to be honest Alex, yours is one of the very few that has interesting enough to contact that we full view all your vids, ads and all, that's our way of showing support, Much Love to your family n You during the holidays, Wishing be you all the best in the new year, Take Care, Staysafe

I know furs are normally frowned upon these days, but they are still worth a lot of money, especially vintage. And size small is as popular as any other size. I'm sorry, I know I'm just adding to the many other comments about this, but I too can't help but think that the Fortune she left behind was in her clothes. Fashion was obviously her passion, & an obsession if you will, in life. I've not watched the rest of the videos yet but I'm definitely rooting for you & your lovely family at auction time Alex! 🤞💕
That walk up intro and the before / after photos spoke volumes. What a beautiful woman surrounded by all her beautiful things. Such a tragedy. I appreciate your respecting her belongings as best as possible. I have no doubt they will spark joy for many others who will be lucky enough to own them.
Imagine lifting a bed to find 2500$ worth of silver. Well, that on it's own just paid a quarter of the house's price.
Sadly i read in the comments from someone who is a collector that most of the coins and the bar of silver were knock offs :( I sure hope that he was wrong, but he says he can tell by the look of them ...I guess time will tell, Alex will tell us likley at the end of the series what was real, and what was not.
@@makeuplover6852 The bar wasnt the 'old' silver coins were watch the musicians house live chat they reveal there about some of the coins
Canadian dollars. Bar is worth 4 grand.
Real silver or not, I can see why they stopped using that bed. Talk about Princess and the Pea, right? Stuffed with jousting equipment, I swear.
If the American Dollar Coins were Eisenhower's, then not silver.
Up late and got this notification! I’m so enjoying this series! 🎄🥰
Glad you enjoy it!
@@CuriosityIncorporated Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ❤ To you and the family.
The notification popped up and we stopped what we were watching. This house is every picker's dream. Videos are way too short. I NEED to see every bit of dust and every treasure and ever minute. This is my drug of choice. Thanks, Alex, for being my "connection".
Where r u, im in NS watching. Lol
@@lavendercrowl5695 I'm in western United States; one hour later than Alex.
The magazine cover outfit looks like the dress you found earlier in the video
I thought the same!
Sometimes my nose tickles just watching you guys
It's amazing that someone could be both a hoarder and very organized.
I loved how organized she was. I believe others messed things up when she was being looked after.
my guess is, the hoarding came years later after she wasn't able to keep up appearances
Hoarder is just another part of OCD.
I was hoping you'd show Melissa being surprised by the silver bar find.
Yes! I was really excited to see that. But then nothing :(
I was waiting too! But, it would be hard not just to blurt out “Guess what I found!”.
Alex and Melissa walk into a bar...........
Yes, and the bag from #1
Believe me, Mark is very excited about the excellent deal he made on the clothes. There was a small fortune in shoes alone. I don’t know much, but I feel you need to renegotiate. You are a good guy. I hope Mark is too.
Good night to Canada, good morning Germany ;-)
I loved Mary’s house but I REALLY love this one. I think a more fitting name for this one would be the fashionista! 😊 The clothing is incredible! I am so happy for you on your finds! I can’t wait for more!
I want Paul to keep coming back in videos. He's a great character with lots of knowledge.

No.
So many old treasures there, all those magazines, books, fabrics and ornaments, i can't stop myself from watching! The lady lived there had been really beautiful soul and had have a good taste.
After my parents passed the phone would ring for them all the time - up to at least a year. :( The clothing is mindblowing!!!! My Mom had a few furs and she would roll over in her grave to know they are virtually worthless today and that people sell them at garage sales and thrift stores.
Yon have an amazing group of friends. That’s the most valuable thing I’ve seen on here.
I am so, so, sooooo glad there is someone taking all those clothes to sell. Would have been such a waste otherwise.
Yes, I agree... her story was touching....
